If we believe that it's monk > crus > DH > wiz > barb > WD for Torment X.
On Torment 13 it might look similar; I personally assume that the top two might switch but the rest will probably remain the same. But for every class/build there are always players saying "my class/spec is the fastest!" - interestingly even for WD, though WD almost always was on the last spot in those kind of clearing competitions. The thing is that every class can clear high Torments really fast, and every class has multiple specs (well maybe except for the Crusader on T13). The playstyle is entirely different though and the differences in how fast you are with a class depends more on gear, understanding of the game and class mechanics, and your personal determination than the right checkbox on the character creation screen.
TL;DR: We have no clue yet which class is the fastest and anyone giving you an absolute answer to the "best T13 class" is a fool.

I'm talking about one with COE, mangle and assim, and IAS/AD with no CDR, no epiphany, no beacon. Could even be optimal in quad gen with combostrike. Something like 4-10x the edps of the solo CDR version.
I've yet to see one, it just looks promising on paper.

But I thought I'd post this here as well. As the title says, I compare the "final meta" by the end of PTR to that by the end of the respective season.

- PTR: Tiklandian WD, Serenity monk, cold DH, fire DH
- Final: Tiklandian WD, pull crusader, 2x lightning DH
- Season 2
- PTR: Tiklandian WD, pull crusader, 2x lightning DH
- Final: Tiklandian WD, pull crusader, EP monk, fire/mark DH
- Season 3
- PTR: Tiklandian WD, pull crusader, 2x lightning DH
- Final: Tiklandian WD, perma-stun crusader, 2x Hydra wizard (1x DH + 1x wizard was more common but double wizard was best)
- Season 4
- PTR: Pull barb, heal monk, HotA barb, gen/U6 monk
- Final: Pull barb, heal monk, support crusader, SC monk
- Season 5
- PTR: Pull barb, LoN crusader, WD/DH, Twister DMO wizard
- Final: Pull/globes barb, globes monk, support WD, STICKY Twister DMO wizard
- Season 6
- PTR: Pull barb, support monk, support WD, Twister Tal Rasha wizard
- Final: Pull barb, support monk, support WD, Twister+Archon Tal+Vyr wizard
(All of this is just from memory, so there might be small mistakes, please point out if you find any)
The correct DPS class combination was predicted two times: S1 and S6. NEVER was the correct top DPS spec publicly known by the end of PTR!
The correct support class combination was predicted three times: S2, S3, and S6. Note that those were the seasons in which the support classes stayed the same as in the previous one; NEVER was a *change* in support classes completely predicted by PTR leaderboards.
I hope this sheds some light on how utterly useless it is to look at PTR leaderboards. Also, there has literally been zero testing on high level GRs on PTR; all the top players who have the knowledge and ability to pull off even semi-accurate meta predictions that could top PTR leaderboards are *pushing on live*. So please stop asking "WHAT IS THE S7 META". You might as well ask if we're gonna have snow on Christmas and get more accurate "predictions" now.

But the changes to CC have nerfed Raekor into the ground. Two charges = total CC immunity = no Parthans = dead.

No it's not. For example i play monk. In 3 seasons we will have 3 builds with the 3rd one being the strongest. So, why compete with first 2, since the 3rd will place me in the leaderboards after all?
No one cares about nonseasonal players. Your completely empty leader boards are indicative of that. Blizzard sure as hell doesn't care. Why should they? There's no demand. If you're not going to sack up and go seasonal like the rest of the player base, at least don't whine about not getting what you want for a dead mode!
No one cares about haters like you. Our "completely empty" leaderboards are from people with jobs, lives and other interests, who don't have the time to farm everything from the begining. You can't force seasons on everyone.

It is a game. Just a game. One that has probably already yielded you more hours of entertainment per dollar spent than almost any other activity in your entire lifetime. Is there really that much to complain about, much less be enraged over?
You are free to roll a class or build that fits the current group meta, play alone and enjoy yourself, or even play a different game. Whatever you do, realize that your silly posts here or anywhere elseand won't change anything. You are just keeping yourself upset by trying to put a square peg in a round hole and then calling people names when it doesn't work. Stressing out over this and posting angry rants is literally bad for your well being. Not worth. Good luck finding emotional peace in your Diablo journey.

and what rift have you closed in 2.4 or 2.4.1 ? I've seen dozens of barbs that called this support build "easy af" and all of them were armless retards. I mean you can close smth like 104-105 in 2.4 with bad barb jus cos of wizzard's high dmg, but you can't close higher. this role makes or brakes the rifts
