They should have fixed the game being too adictive.
Although I do think that with adictions, the most important factor is oneself (the affected) and it's will.
Therefore, they should have fixed me.
    Damn them.

posted a message on Melee or Caster?? Which are you?
When being a caster I don't run from danger (unless it's ligthing enchanted extrafast extrastrong multiple shot unique with several immunities), sort of like a melee caster. Not the most succesfull type im sure but I do feel ballsy after a stand.
Obviously don't try that on Hardcore, though, unless you have lots of time to be sent to the sh!tter.
Otherwise, if it werent because of the cool spells, i'd have to go with melee.

Hells yeah! That's my favourite one too. I agree, however, it did not suit the game well.
I wish I could make music like that :') And bang Scarlett Johanson. x')

This assuming LEXX doesn't count as a movie or it would be on the top...

    1. Videodrome (the 1983 version in case they get done with that remake)
    2. K-Pax
    3. Gattaca
    4. American History X
    5. Watchmen

Man...! Gattaca is the one movie I have always wanted to see but only saw pieces of it now and then.
I didn't particularly like Videodrome. I think it's overrated. What's with David Cronenberg and "the new flesh!" fetish, anyway? I liked better They Live although I do think Videodrome has more quality into it. I mean, I get the plot and everything, I just think it's... dull.

I still am waiting for the next time im able to see the movie.
Hopefully the full edition will make people notice how good this was, so that more people can enjoy it.
But that's like hoping experiencing a tragedy to make an artist.

posted a message on Warcraft Movie info in Blizzcon 2008 ?
    Quote from "Archetype_Zero" »
Blizzard doesn't want their movie o seem like another Lord of the Rings, so i kinda doubt they'd use any actors from LOtR. I was very happy to hear that Blizzard did their research (or maybe just saw one of Boll's movies) and turned him down. Warcraft isn't the kind of movie that would make a good Boll interpretation. He tends to strip games of everything that made them original. I mean, he put the Bloodrayne movie back in time, and made her just a "regular" vampire. WHY? That destroys what set her apart from other movies of that type.

I think the guys at Blizzard are just regular people too(only with vastly more money), and, even if they werent, any living being knows how much does Uwe Boll´s "movies" suck. Just ask the most stupid snail you can find on the street and it´ll tell you "ew! that shit is worse than my shit" and then it would start to run as fast as it could (bring some salt).
My idiotic ex-girlfriend told me to avoid House of the dead like the plague. And she hated me at the time.
I do not care if he shits them that way pourposedly, those things should not exist.

Thanks for the warm reception. Although i´d rather have something as warm but far more pleasuring* it is a nice gesture.
Hey Genesis: New Zealotland must be cool but... how cool is it? I mean, on your regular day, what´s the expected temperature at the different times of day? I´d like to travel there some day (and seduce a woman into marrying me to widen my harem´s variety, naturally)

*A warm, tight, delicious and smelly... blanket... yeah... ;)

posted a message on Φ References to real life made in the Diablo series
In the Diablo 3 Bestiary, the "author" of the writings is said to be Abd al-Hazir, this is a reference to H.P. Lovecraft´s original idea of the Necronomicron. The name he gave to the author of the Necronomicon was Abdul al-Hazred, supossedly because he was infatuated in his youth with arabic myths and lore and an old man once suggested him that name to be a common-like arabic name. Plus, the backstory of Abdul al-Hazred and Abd al-Hazir are very similar.
Also, Lovecraft´s short story "Imprisioned with the pharaos" might have inspired some of the act 2 on Diablo II although there is no direct reference i´ve noted.
Seems like the concept for the Dune Thrasher on Diablo 3 is heavily based on the Tremors movie.
How many people named Deckard do you know of? I believe "Deckard" from "Deckard Cain" comes from the Ridley Scott movie Blade Runner, where the main character is Rick Deckard, although there are not many oher similarities between these two characters.
The stonehenge ruins and the portal to Tristram on Diablo II are similar, in the sense that they are a bunch of funny looking rocks.
The goatmen resemble the fauns from real life mythos.
The Kurast environments are heavily based on the main aztec city, which is where i live now :P
And most obvious of all, Andariel is a red haired Pamela Anderson.

If a demon is killed, and supossing it is sent to hell, is it able to come back to Sanctuary? i.e. can any demon come back from hell?
    Is there no cow level?
Are some characters from the diablo novels that aren´t the obvious going be featured in the game?
Accrodingly with the obvious reference to H.P. Lovecraft´s work (like Abd al-Hazir), will there be some Lovecraftian monsters featured in the game?

posted a message on Warcraft Movie info in Blizzcon 2008 ?
Warcraft is so much colourful... i wonder how they will make it into a live action movie, maybe they should wait for James Cameron to finish Avatar and then get him to do something as great for Warcraft.
With both Blizzard and Legendary Pictures being very busy all my fingers (and other certain parts of my body) are crossed, hoping this won´t go the way that Halo movie went. Blizzcon 2008 will one way or another clearify this.

Another simple mortal has registered at the site :o
Dont ask me what site nor who was that mortal because the universe may implode (or not)... Ok i´ll give you a hint: look into the next bold statement

I have been a diablo fan since 1998, when my cousin lent me a copy of Diablo, which i sort of kept to the ages (a.k.a. steal it), an act that surely damned me and won me a single way ticket to hell*. But, gosh, was that the very greatest way to get to hell!. The game was funtastic to me and introduced me to the other blizzard games i now own. I wonder if ill ever meet a succubus when i get there.

Greetings and salutations for everyone! (free for a limited period!)
