I saw a tv program once, it was about the earth with no humans. It described what would happen to our buildings, cars, bridges and everything we've built. If our civilization disappears right now, in 5000 years a future civilization wouldn't find anything that proves that we existed.
If you think about it, there could have been many civilizations 8000 years ago, and we'll never know that.
I doubt it, we are finding traces of dinosaurs that lived millions of years ago.
Im pretty sure 8000 years from now there will be plenty of evidence about our existence if we where all to die now.
Back when I was 7 or 8 I saw tarzan at a computer store and asked my dad to buy it, he walked up to the clerk and asked for it but they where out of stock.
I started crying and my parents tried to make me feel better but I went to bed.
in the morning I walked downstairs to see a copy of tarzan sitting on the counter with a note from my dad.
Played the game so much :P, too bad I didn't get past the fourth or fifth level.

I didn't turn mine off and ignored people and sure enough I got hit by hackers.
DMZ will open up all your ports but make sure to remove all your port forwarding, they don't work well together.
