actually i think he will be more like that other fallen angel in the game. he will try so hard to stop the evil that it will eventually consume him. it will be a tragic turn of events it wont be a sudden unveiling that shows he was really an evil mastermind all along.

D3 will deffinitely not be coming out this year. since they are still hiring for it (or that is what we have gathered from their want ads) and since it will have to be a really kickass game (or Diablo fans will beat down Blizzard's doors) i expect we won't see it untill possibly Christmas 2007, but very likely early 2008.

there will b ppl playin D1 and D2 for the next 15 yrs Ferret. Diablo's 10 yrs old and there are still at least 200 ppl playin at all times.

Hopefully the Africans will give us all AIDs and we will be saved from death by over populataion!:D

but being more serious even if ppl dont blow up the earth, our population doubles every like 60 yrs. right now we got 6 billion. the earth can physicaly hold 9 billion so in 60yrs we will be WAY overpopulated and ppl will die by the billions. and even if we did find a way to mass colonize Mars then it would only give us another 60 yrs then we would need 2 more planets, then 4 more, 8, 16, 32...... so unless we nuke ourselves to death the earth wont die of fire, ice, or water. it will die of ppl. ppl will flood the earth. lol. the sad/funny thing is that it's true

D3 deffinately wont b a FP game. i think wat blizzard should do is make it like WC3 so that u scroll the clickwheel and it zooms in and becomes FP. that would b pretty cool zoomin in and havin the screen look like and endless horde of monstes comin right for u

you know if they keep the game like D1 -in small tunnles and passages underground, they could probalby pull off pretty good 3D graphics without too much comp power. (they dont have to deall with grass, trees, and far off thinkg like in an open plain or something) and besides i think you guys r forgetting that with any high graphics game you can tur down the quality if your computer cant take it.

hey im startin from scratch too. ive been a D1 player and i just ordered D2. but thats the point of all rpgs if u dont put in the time and effort to build ur guy up from a lvl 1 noob, then u dont feel the same satisfaction at having a really strong guy

ya now that i think about it for blizzard to make a successful Diablo MMO they would have to take a lot away from their wow fan base. (most of the WoD players would be ex WoW players) it would be a stupid move for them

36 isnt really that much for WoW. i got a lot of friends that play for close to 30 hours at a time fairly often. its a crazy addictive game. ieven heard that they opened up a rehab clinic in amsterdam for games like WoW.
