posted a message on Φ Complete Barbarian Skill Tree!
Some fun skills i'd like to see :)

Earthquake: the barbarians exerts an incredible force on the ground leaving a resonating quake that lasts for a duration with a large area of effect. It slows down surrounding enemies and they are more likely to miss their strikes. (similar to the Farseer earthquake in WCIII, but the barb isnt casting it)

Hurl: throw a lightweight enemy upward catapulting them into a chosen direction and deal damage to enemies surrounding its landpoint.

Rampage: lose control of the barbarian as he swings wildly at random enemies. His attack increases incredibly by XXX% and attack speed is also increased dramatically. *strategy: don't use this when barbarian is low health.

Fury Charge: the barbarian swings his weapon as he charges an attack. (similar to Donkey Kong in Super Smash Bro where he swings his arm and charges for a huge blow)

Stampede: sort of like paladin's charge, but deals damage to enemies in the barbarian's way. Also providing knockback so it creates a clear path.

posted a message on The Judge
I love the idea of the Judge, props to you man. I'd totally use this character. I know that Diablo is about pagan and whatnot, but if you look at the Paladin, he doesnt worship self-sacrafice like the witch doctor, or demonic forces like the necromancer. So this could be a totally legit character.

The only thing I don't like are the skill tree names.
I think you can replace it with these (or better names):

Spiritual Force (sort of like Holy, it's where your Angels could be categorized under)

Temple Mastery (skills regarding combat since biblically the temple stands for the body)

Holy Presence (this could be the aura, blessings, and all around buffs. The judge will receive God's spirit as his source of power)

They should change the Skill Set Tree name "Stomp" to "Brute Force". Makes it a little more general.

He would have been a good character that come from Xiansei insteadn of the wizard. And they could have had the wizard come from another region.

    *maybe a better class name

Description: a cross between the idea of druid and necromancer. One who has learned the dark arts of the crypt and have been infested with darkness of the denizens of the underground.

    Skill Sets:
    1. Transformation (*better name?): Has Vampire form or Zombie form. Sort of similar to the idea of bear and lyncanthrope for druid.
    2. Dark Arts and Cultish Practices
    3. ??? *unholy aura maybe?

    Transformation Skills
    1. Zombify: Transform into zombie (limited duration)
effects-Slows movement (running/attacking/avoid), increases health regeneration rate, increases attack/defense.
*could be used as a tank
    2. Vampirism: Transform into a vampire (limited duration)
effects-increases speed (running/casting/avoid), increases mana regeneration rate, health degenerates (the idea behind health degeneration is that vampires need blood to survive and it loses its own if left in this form)
*could be used as a caster
    3. Rend flesh (zombie only)
    4. Black Moon (vampire only)
    5. Vampiric Bite (vampire only)
    6. Blood Thirst (vampire only)
    7. Stupefy (zombie only)
    etc.

    Dark Arts and Cultish Practices
    1. Demon's hide: imbues self with higher resistance???
    2. Demon's horn: conjures the power of the king of the underworld to impale an enemy causing stun
    3. Demon's gaze: ???
    4. Hysteria:
    5. Death pact:

(unfinished idea) feel free to input your ideas in this class.

Lol, I can see how it could be weird. Mmm, i thought of it more as a freakin sexy gypsy. haha, jk. Sort of like the gypsy in Hunchback of Nortre Dame (the disney movie). Kind of an erotic look. :P Like, middle eastern-ish

A sort of mix between Assassin and Amazon, but not quite. This character is all about agility and dexterity. (By the way, there are male gypsies , not just females). His/Her skills sets include Projectiles (this includes bow, crossbows and throwing knives), Charms and Enchantments, and Dances (maybe a better name could be dubbed).

Projectiles (throwing knives, bow and arrow, crossbow)
    1. Firecracker: fires multiple immolation arrow/knives in the sky that comes crashing down (area of effect).

Charms and Enchantments (While charms effect enemies, enchantments edify teammates and self)

    Dances (close combat abilities)
    1. Dance of Mirage: increases dodge percentile (passive)
    2. Dance of Reflection: increases chance of strike-back when striked upon. (passive)
    3. Dance of Swiftness: increases attack speed (passive)

*not a finished idea. But we need a projectile type character. :D And rogue just sounds boring.

    posted a message on Wraith
    Wraith (unfinished ideas):
Masters of the spectral realm, wraiths are constantly split between the flesh and spirit. A master of stone, flesh and spirit. Though Wraiths typically utilize dual-wielded weaponry, most assume they have lowered their defenses. However, because of his ability to alter between stone form and spirit form, he has the most perfect defense. This allows him to concentrate on his offensive force.

Weapon: Mastery of two-handed weapons such as Longsword, Polearm, Large Axe, and Staves.

Skills Tree: Flesh, Spirit, and Stone

    Spirit:

    1. Ethereal (lvl 1): becomes an apparition similar to a spirit walker's "ethereal form" (from Warcraft III)
    duration 10 seconds
effects: cannot be effected by physical damage; decreases poison, lightning, fire, and ice resistance (becomes more susceptible to elemental attacks).
increase skill points: increased duration and increase resistance
    2. Fire resistance (lvl 6)
    3. Ice resistance (lvl 6)
    4. Lightning resistance (lvl 12)
    5. Poison resistance. (lvl 12)
    6. Spectrum Strike (lvl 18): attacks with the entire spectrum of elemental force: ice, lightning, poison, and fire.
    7. Schismatism (lvl 30): the Wraith divides body and soul. While you still control his body, his soul wanders as a specter that has the Possession ability (similar to Banshee in Warcraft III) and possesses monsters to do your will.

    Flesh:
    1. Two-Handed Weaponry Mastery (lvl 1) passive effect
    2. Life Drain (lvl 12): Absorbs the life essence of a target enemy unit by taking hit points from it every second and giving them to the Wraith. (similar to the Dark Ranger's ability in Warcraft III)
increase skill: increase duration, and percentage of health.
    3. Decay (lvl 30): Damages everything in its area of effect by 4% of its base hit points per second. (similar to Lich's ability in Warcraft III)
increase skill: increase duration, area of effect

    Stone:
    1. Medusa's Edge: enchants weapons into a solid rock and increase physical damage
    2. Immortalize (lvl 24): Cast on target (self, allies, or enemies) and turn them into a statue for duration. In this form, he prevents 99% of all damage (elemental or physical) and becomes immobilized.
    duration: 15 seconds
strategy: can be used to save self or allies during low health until a potion comes out or when allies kill most of the enemies. Or it can be used to lessen the amount of attacking enemies.
increase skill: increase percentage of succeeding spell, lower mana cost and duration
