Troll? I love Diablo and I love LotR. That picture does look a lot like like Minas Tirith with a sunset. I also realize that it's impossible to create a fantasy world that bears no similarities to another fantasy world. It was only a joke. Here's what I was talking about: http://depts.washington.edu/ctltstaf/yms/minastirith4.jpg. Of course, Minas Tirith has no waterfal nearby, there is only one jut of rock coming out of the mountain, it isn't brown/tan, there are seven ringed levels, and there are no mountains except the one it's built onto. Still, the first thing I thought when I saw Ureh was, 'that looks like Minas Tirith'.

I don't know what this 'Ureh' people keep mentioning is, but I always thought that Minas Tirith was white. It was called the 'white city'. Also, the river Anduin doesn't run that close to the city. All in all, though, it's a really cool LotR image.
