Quote from^ well the only reason it would be a "waste" would be if people don't pick up the shako, if he picks it up with the intent to sell it, then it is still in play
but letting it rot, sure that could breed an issue if people knew you left it there
but the only way the party would know is if he says "lolz I just left a shako on the ground"
Of course if he picks it up there is no problem, and if he does not tell other people he did not pick it up, nobody would bother him for it. But are you truly happy with the idea that some people might actually do that? Some items may be pretty useful for other people, and you just ignore them because they are not useful to you? (I don't mean literally YOU, but you get the idea...)

-You know man, I was just trashing these 20 foot-tall, flame spitting demon, when the freaking thing called for support, and I was swarmed by millions, and I mean MILLIONS of fallen...
-Hah, U NOOBSTER!!

That sounds positively dangerous... I am imagining kind of something along the lines of:
-If a missiles comes straight at me, I dodge it.
-Stay back from the Barbarian.
-Do not attack the summoned, but the summoner...
or things like that? Anyway, sounds pretty cool but hard to implement...

I didn't say L/F/C Enchanted because I wanted to leave the option for more elements (poison, or whatever). Probably should have been more specific either way...

I kind of hope that uniques will continue, but the monsters you mention seem more like superuniques (Some Council Members, Izual, Hephasto?).
On the additions you mention, if I understood correctly, blink seems interesting. But the extra vitality seems like stoneskin by another name XD

I wanted to divide it into three types: What you would like to keep, What you would like to remove and what you would like to be added. Please add explanation if possible.
To keep: Elemental Enchanted, Extra Fast (Makes for challenging and fun monsters)
To remove: Teleport (Really doesn't pose a threat, more of an anyonance).
To add: Something along the lines of creating duplicates (Ala Baal, but much less powerful and only melee: no special abilities).

And on the "accidentally placed skillpoints" I just say add a "Are you sure?" window, promptly followed by a "Are you really, really, sure?" window. (Somebody already said this, I am just merely restating it).
Of course, maybe people will want to try out the skills first. Well, that's pretty easy. Level to 30 and (at least in Diablo II) you obtain access to every skill, try them, then decide on where are you going to go from there on, or create another character if you do not like what you see.
The thing with respec-ing is that it allows too much room for abuse, so unless there is a just, safe and clear way to respec, I say no all the way.

For some reason I did not think of this...
Then I am absolutely loving the new loot system (hopefully).
But... what happens if you actually know what the item is without the need of identifyiing, and don't really need it? (i.e. most people know that a unique Shako is a Harlequin Crest) It would be such a waste (of course, why would someone ignore a Shako is beyond me).

Although I agree with some other posters that there has to be some easier way of making items visible for the rest of the party, like a hotkey-and-a-click or something like that.
About the class-specific items, I have to remind you guys that they have barely finished the general idea for two (dos, deux) classes, and that nothing is final, specially when it comes to loot.
I am curious about the health-globe system... Will need to actually play it to have an idea of how it feels, but I am confident it will be good... or if not, we'll just scream our opinion to Blizzard.
