    Well I just think it would be odd not to include at least one ranged type class. My guess it they may introduce guns in a character class such as a engineer or something of that nature. Not like machine guns or anything but like old musket type gun or something weird like that.

    The next class will most likely be a ranger type of class because that is all that we are lacking right now. It is the most logical option.

    The only long range class that can blast their enemies from a distance and stay at a distance is the Sorceress, even though many of her skills are more close range than I'm used too with the D2 Sorc. She is no doubt considered by Blizzard to be ranged though. Normally, they have some sort of long range, melee type character, which in my mind will no doubt be someone using a gun or bow or amazon type character.

    Either way, we'll find out when we find out.


    We dont know all the monks skills... maybe he has FOH :).

    It would not be guns like you see today. It would be a gun like used by the engineer in Final Fantasy Tactics for Playstation.

    So wait... you want Absorb in PVP so that elemental type characters are complete garbage but yet you do not want every char to have teleport?

    Does not make sense... if your going to make elemental garbage anyways than you might as well give all chars teleport while you are at it.

    Absorb was the stupidest thing in Diablo 2 PVP it ruined it. Made sorc suck because you would just put on your sorb and rofl.

    Last class is going to be a ranged class because they do not have a truely ranged class like the Amazon introduced yet and it would not make sense for them to take that type of class completely out of the game.

    My guess is a engineer or gunner and the last class will use some type of gun/cannon thats old school. That would be my guess.

    With synergies you had to focus more on YOUR build. You could not just power everything up because you had to drop points into synergies..

    I like diversity in builds.

    Absorb does need to go away because it ruined elemental classes and thats what I was talking about not resistances. Resistances need to stay so Elemental classes are not over powered.

    I do not know why everyone is so against Synergies and + Skills. Thats what made Diablo unique to WOW and other MMO. Synergies was awesome because you couldn't make your char have everything. For example to be a good ice orb sorc you had to put a good majority of your other points into synergies and couldnt just have all those extra points for something else.

    + Skills also helped because you could make your Skill more powerful than other peoples instead of everyone having the same build at the same power level. It made it to where my FOH could be better than someone elses because mine was level 40 with max synergies while theirs was level 20.

    Synergies was awesome... for example my friend had a Lightning Sorc that used Charged Bolt as a main skill because of synergies it got really powerful.

    Why everyone is complaining I do not know....

    The monk looks awesome. I wanted to see a character that was similar to a pally and we got him. He looks like a pally crossed with a assassin. To all the people complaining about the pally type class coming in the game... they must of got sick of getting pwned by pallies in Diablo 2.

    They need classes similar to all the old ones so all the old players of the old ones will be pleased.

    The monk is not overdone either. I only played a few mmo that they have a monk in.

    Whoever said Monks dont punch and that would make him a ninja is dead wrong. Ninja use Katana and throwing stars and in most games Monks punch. Go play Final Fantasy Tactics and look at the difference between monk and ninja... Monk punch and ninjas use weapons.

    I love how he can use his fists and hes holy as well. I am just hoping they give him Fist of the heavens type move and all will be awesome :).

    FOH really should make a appearance.
