i like the auction house. Cuz otherwise you waste a lot of time trying to trade things.

If what bashiok says is true, about customization is all in the gear, then we can't really judge an auto-stat system. Obviously the stats aren't as important in D3. So there's nothing really to bitch about.

and i wouldn't worry about minimal gear customization like in D2. I'm sure there's a meaning to blizz's madness they probly have tons of gear options.

ALSO with an auto-stat system, it will give players a chance to show off skill with unique builds.
Because looking back at D2, there was always 2 or 3 popular builds per class where everyone would have the same stats and same gear. EX: Hammerdins- Shako-2soj-hoto...etc...

with the auto-stats players are sort of forced to be unique of everyone else. With tons more items and less focus on the stats, there will probly be a lot more than just 2 or 3 good builds per class.

I think that this might be showing a change in Tyreal. You know? maybe...blizzard is hinting around, giving us clues like they did to reveal D3. Tyreal could be changing, and letting his power take control of him. This would kind of fit into the rumors that Tyreal becomes "Corrupted".

Uhh...Don'tchu guys remember the town portal from the demo?...When he saves cain from the dungeon he tells him to go back to town or whatever and then the sexy TP pops up.

Hmm. I'd definitely say Mythos looks pretty cool...but..

Why not just play D2? lol It beats all those games and lets face it...ITS A DIABLO GAME

i agree with adam, its the core feel of the gaming, and its not like d3 looks like shit. It looks great IMO.

I would understand if you guys were bitching about it if it was shitty, but its not. It may not be what you want exactly, but its not shit.

Obviously complaining about the art direction isn't going to change it, so i suggest you learn to like it if you don't already.

I like the bots for clan purposes, just to keep a mod in the channel.

BUT thats another good feature they should have instead!

Some of the things i would like to see are

1. Updated friends system (The current one is great, but a nicer looking one would be cool)
2. Friend status
3. Total play time?
4. Transferring system from char to char.
5. An entirely new trading system
FOR EXAMPLE: In the lobby there is a "trading" button on the bottom taking you to a new item trading place...bear with me if that doesn't make sense

6. Enhanced channels: Creating a bot without the need of 2 cdkeys. Also setting a default channel so when you log in you will be directed straight to that channel.

Thats all i can think of right now guys!

Way too much cheating on open bnet. I liked battle net because there wasn't insane cheating hacks and stuff, just small maphacks and things like that. Open bnet is for cheaters...its boring like that.

One thing i hope they do in Diablo 3 over bnet 2.0 is prevent the "rushing" or at least narrow it down some. And keep bug rushing away. When i rush a char. i can get it to lvl 75 in just one day at like...no time at all.

I'm not saying we shouldn't be able to get help from higher lvl chars but just less rushing. It takes from the game and the story.

In regards to the outside world being static, i think this would be totally fine.
My reason? well, imagine your walking around in the new D3 world of sanctuary, and lets say you just destroyed the monsters in "The den". And you want to help your friend do that in the next game. You get into that game, and you go to the same place the Den was last game, but its not there! The map is the same, but the content generated on it is different.

If this is the case, then I am perfectly fine with the outside world being static.

I usually got my kicks from mocking their voices. Especially the old shaky voices like Cain and Malah!

I can't tell you how boring hellgate was to me.

I thought that game was very poorly done, all the underground levels looked exactly the same, and it seemed as though they just released it quickly to please diablo fans. But for the most part, i don't think they succeeded.

They did their job by exciting me as a diablo fan, but it ended up disappointing me. Diablo 3 will be so much better. Just for the fact it has the "Diablo" name on it.

Diablo is, and always will be the best.
