Yes, I also think that getting a WW to other class may be not good ... Rather than doing that, I will think the Legend thing should be stick to class specific.
In previous version of Diablo, I remember that there were class specific items or charm, etc. will give +1, +2 or more to some skills of the class.
I'm thinking to have unique item like something "Legend" which will bring a new skill to a class. The skill can't be learnt, also can't find in other items. So, when you got this item with the unique skill, you seem becoming a legend or hero of your race. :rolleyes:
Another idea is not making a Legend, but enable a skill to be used by another class, this may enable the players to build their characters more dynamic and more unique. You can imagine when you see a Paladin with a 2nd hammer and doing a Barbarian skill WW ... So special~!
By the way, if there is magic circle, I will prefer it needs some casting time and it has a number restriction like the trap skill of Assasin. I think no body want to see the magic circle is everywhere and full of the screen, hehe. Like one type of mgaic circle can only have may be max. 2 at a time. After one disappear, then you can cast a new one, etc..
I said around 5% as I think we don't want to see the special thing or critical hit so ofter, then it will become not special and no surprise. 5%, it is like evey 20 hits, the special hit will occur. Casting a magic spell 20 times is really easy ...
After 28-Jun, I know many people will start to look at the news of Diablo 3 much more frequent. Although now only about 1 month after, it is like I have waited for long long time because I and reading the news and posts almost everyday.
I know that it is hard to develop a game and spend extra resource to update the web, but I do hope that the D3 team can release more information soon. Or, more regularly, like every 2 weeks. Even 1-2 more art works, I am sure all the fans will feel happy.
If there are more monsters or boss work as a team, like the 3 barbarians. What do you think? I think it will require the players to practice more to defeat the monsters which know teamwork.
There was a game I played the boss can reflect all magic... I thinking whether Diablo 3 will have a boss which can spell on itself to get a shield for certain time which can reflect all magic attacks back to players.

yes, firewall will get longer ... I want the difference more obvious. Just for an example, a fireball will become a super big fireball or even a Fire Bird !
I am thinking there is a type of magic circle like gravity, which will pull monsters slowly to it. It is so great to pull them together and cast a spell to them.
