Do you think the game play could be cheated with these new levels? What I mean is, could the game become to easy because of these new levels of height? I've played games before where you can just throw bad guys of the edge if you had a knock back blow or a throw. The most resent one I played that had game play like that was Hellboy: seeds of evil. I never punched or used any of my other attacks because I could just throw bad guys over the edge. This made the game to easy and I beat it in 2 hours. I have faith that they will not make a mistake like this but the game seems unrelenting and I like that. Like right after they killed that huge monster 50 zombie popped up out of the ground. I was impressed, it's been a long time since I'm played a game that tried to stomp a mud hole in your ass.
I admit that the witch doc is a stretch, I don't Vikings and witch doctors go together but his powers are cool. Come on if you don't like the zombie wall there is something wrong with you. I think everyone will like the Doc once you play as him, All I hear so far from people is that they hate what things look like. None of you have played the game, so just hold those crap hoses before you spray the game down with negative feed back.
I didn't sign it , and I I love the way it looks. I think it's going to be a really great looking game with a great story. I think a lot of you are really being to judgmental about the first videos and pics. Just let the Blizz do there jobs and be happy they are making a 3rd.
LOL dude, those pics in your signature section: The 'how it should look like' pics can easily be possible to make by just adjusting your monitor settings or even the ingame settings that adjust brightness and some other different stuff, you'll probably be able to tweak it yourself to that dark, eerie diablo look, don't worry.
I hope it isn't, I would like to play with others but paying a monthly fee is to much when you just paid for a 60 dollar game and then are forced to pay 20 dollars more play that then you have the internet to pay for it's a big fuck job. And with the gas prices they way they are now some people that had extra money to play MMOs' don't have that extra money to play anymore. I am planing to buy D3, but if they do make us pay to play a game I just bought I'm not going to buy it. I would happily buy extra content but I'm not paying to play a game I just bought.
If this is true I'll be so happy because I ship for boot camp 12-23-08. I can play for a few weeks and have my Mom bring my shit when I grad form boot to A school.
I'm new to Diablo but I really like the contrast of different places you go and explore. Although I wish the dungeons looked not dark but more gruesome with more blood, dead bodies, more plant life or growth. But since they are still working on it, I bet most of the extra stuff as not shown. Anyway every place can't look like hell on earth then what would you be fighting evil for? Shit would you fight evil if it made no difference in the world? I wish they would put soemthing like that in the game. That once you banish the evil for a part of the land the people in the land start to rebuild.... Anyway I like it but what do I know.
I'm new to Diablo even though I've known of it since Diablo 1. I just watched some new video for Diablo 3 and I really liked what I saw needless to say it looked bad ass. Anyway because I'm just starting to get in to this would anyone recommend playing the frist 2 games before this one comes out. See I would have lots of time to play it since I'm in the USN and I would have time to play it. Thank you all in advance.

Just turn it off in the options when you get it. It's called bloom I think.
