I'm planning on getting this Video Card and seeing how everything is working out. Then, if I decide later to upgrade I'll be getting the Visiontek Radeon HD 4850 512MB GDDR3 PCI-E Video Card.

I just started working out and here's my program.

Circuit 1 x3

Squats -- 15x20
Push ups -- 12x20
Crunchs -- 15x20
Side Plank -- 30-45 seconds

Circuit 2 x3

Plank Superman -- 10x2
Double Leg Drops -- 12x15
Scissors -- 20x2
Cross Overs -- 20x2

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Mondays/Thursdays it's a 3k warmup run before I start.
