I thought the Skovos Isles is the area that the Amazon is from? I forget which developer said that but it was early on in development. I think it was last year I would have to go dig up the source (If I can find it).

I think we will be seeing some sort of hunter class (Yes a wow rip off) but not completely the same. I think he will have the ability to use bows/crossbows and swords/daggers. I think he will be like a druid with the ability to call upon pets. Not undead pets but bears and tigers etc.

I definitely think the last class will be a ranged unit. It just seems the most logical as most people have said. Knowing Blizzard though anything is possible really.

Too many great movies to chose from.

I guess its down to which one I prefer lol. Both the 4890 and GTX 275 are cheap as hell. 200-250$. I know I can get some XFX 3.9 ghz 4890 (don't know if that's great) for 250 and some GTX 275 2.4ghz for like 250 as well.

Anybody know a good reliable benchmark site? I'd like it too have some higher end games and some other high end programs.

So basically the 275 is a cheaper version then the 285. I also see that the 4890 is 1gb of video memory while the 275 is 896mb. How much of a difference will that make while gaming? Is it substantial enough that the extra money for a 285 would be worth it?.

The prices I am looking at (Canadian) are 230-270$ for a 275 and 350$ for a 285. 100$ more for little more then 100mb of vram. Is it worth it in the long run or not at all.

Also how are the drivers for the 275 and 285? Are they stable?.

If I were to a Nvidia card what would their product equivalent be to a 4970 or a 4890 for about the same pricing? And are they coming out with DX11 cards anytime soon?

I hope we all enjoyed Blizzcon this year. I sure did!. A great thanks to the staff for keeping us updated too.

On topic. I am in the market for a new video card thats powerful and is solid along with not outrageously expensive. I'm looking at the 4870 and 4890 ATI Cards. But I am wondering a few things.

-Should I wait for September when ATI releases their new cards (speculations of September)
-Should I go Nvidia instead?
-Are the drivers for these cards solid?
- What brand should I go with?
- Will DX11 be a brand new card or a driver update?

I know the stores on where to go get the cards just don't know these few things. I am also running Windows 7 and plan to buy it so

What is UCG?
Project:UCG (User Created Game) is a concept/idea factory that anyone can join. Maybe you have an idea for a character, a place, or a really good story/quest. Maybe you have some music you think would work or some graphics. Maybe you even have ideas for in game mechanics. Then you?ve come to the right place.
Project: UCG is a Game created by you, for you. Everything will be based on the ideas of the user; from Quests to NPC?s, the world is your playground and the ideas are endless. Once we have enough of these ideas for a solid foundation, we will begin the process of turning it into a MMORPG.
How does this all work?
Well to start with, everything will be built and discussed around a forum system. The content will be freely available for users, to add and/or edit as they see fit.
Our core team is working on renders, monsters, basic story line as we speak. However, to breathe life into this world we need your ideas.
Creation
For Time Immemorial the Aetheria have existed.....
...For Ages their cycles of creation and destruction have gone on....
...For Ages Aetheria?Saancti, the Force of Light has created and protected....
...For Ages has Aetheria?Malefi, the Force of Dark, caused destruction and ruin...
...Thus the Eternal Balance is kept, and an old Age ends...
However even as an old Age ends, a new Age begins, and in this Age, things are not the same. For instead of creating the World themselves, the Aetheria decided to create a race to build it for them...
Born from energy of the Aetheria themselves, this new race, named Daemon, was given divine powers. Although these powers are not infinite, like those of their creators, they still harness power beyond imagination. With this power, the Daemon were given dominion over the world, to do with what they see fit.
In return for their creation and freedom, the Daemon built two massive Celestial Temples, floating in constant opposition, high above the surface of the world. One in the skies of Eternal Light, called Cyndilaar, built to Saancti. And one in the skies of Eternal Night, called Vaulen, built to Malefi. For eternity they were to stand, a testament to their thanks, and a reminder of the gift given.


Division and Nermornia
The Daemon then set their sights on the daunting task they had been given, the creation of everything on their new world, a world they had come to call Nermornia. But shortly after creation began their was unrest within the Daemon. A rift started to form, one which was caused from differences between the Aetheria themselves. Those who were born of Saancti bore different ideas then those born of Malefi. Eventually the differences became too much, and the Daemon were torn apart.
Born from this rift were two factions, those who supported the ideals of Saancti, light and creation, named themselves the Luminari. And those who supported Malefi?s ideals of darkness and destruction named themselves the Tenabri. The factions retreated to their bastions in the sky, and built the Zenitharum, chambers built as gateways to the Aetherian plane. Using these chambers the sides begged guidance from their creators, but none was given. Dominion was given too the Daemon, and it was up to the Daemon to see it too its end. It was up to them to choose the path they take. Now there stands two factions of a divided race, on a world named Nermornia, the Divided Land.
In which direction the Age now goes is not certain, but what is certain is that the Tale of this Age has only just begun....

I would help test it but im in a very heavy situation with homework. Nearing exams and well lets say ELA is not my strong subject. I also got a big project in Engineering..... 35% of my final mark -.-

E3 has not started and Blizzard is not attending E3. So can you please give a link leading to this interview? Not like we already know this but just curious

When this game is finished you have to let us know man. Looks very very well done and I am interested on how this will work using a browser.

I will get it when I can afford it. I don't know if I will get it for the PC or PS3
