In case you care, here is my rank of most ideal to least ideal slot for putting on CDR, that's only if you don't plan to put CDR on all of them though.
I thought I was done with T6 solo, but seeing this made me try it again.
Our gear and build is very similar, I use Born instead of Tal and WH instead of Harrington. More CDR but quit a bit less damage. Took me 13.5 mins without any gear swapping.
With the new changes I am going to try replacing meteor with Archon and use the Vyr's 4 pc. I cannot get on to mess with it but I will be on streaming later. I changed my gear around a bit to get the Vyr's but there is still a lot of fire damage. Lucky I had CDR on my Mirrorball too, might reroll the missile damage to vit? My armory should be updated to show my new gear, if anyone hassuggestionson what to change let me know!
I was checking out your build, seems we use similar build with a different focus and overall very close in term of gear level. Using diablo progress you do 34% more elemental elite damage, you have andy proc vs my TF proc, I have 13% more toughness, with you have slightly higher toughness/life ratio. I calculated you would have 34 secs of Archon down time vs my 22 sec.
Paladin is a must! I would never forgive Blizzard if they replaced my paladin.
Seeing as there IS selectable gender for any class, Sorceress and Amazon cannot be a class.
There has to be balance between classes, plus Blizzard is starting from scratch it seems.
Witchdoctor caters to both Necro and Druid fans. I'm doubting having 2 summoner classes.
Barbarian is only the necessary fighter class in any RPG.
We need a Holy class (also healer) = Paladin. Who also serves as a fighter hybrid.
Pure caster = Sorceror/Magi
Ranger class = Ranger? From Diablo 1, the Rogues are female, even the story "The Sisters of the Sightless Eye". Diablo 2, it was the Amazon. Now the story needs to allow this class a male char. This will also probably be a sneaky class, implementing both assassin and Amazon type skills.

Helm - gem up to 12.5%
Shoulders - up to 8%
Source - up to 8%
Rings - up to 8%(first, RoRG for me)
Gloves - up to 8%
Weapon - up to 10%
Rings - up to 8%(second, SoJ for me)
Amulet - up to 8%

Not sure which way would perform better in rift, high CDR or high DPS, it's hard to theory craft or test.

I wish Paladin in because Paladin in Diablo 2 is very very different from Paladin in other games, yet represents "Paladin" perfectly.
Now, one thing I CAN say for sure is Necromancer will not be in, even if they have something with that name, it will play nothing like the old Necro.
Let's face it, Witch doc is too much of Necro for the Real Necro to be IN.
