nice, they asked some real good questions! a little FRIGGEN PISSED OFFF about something, no transition between acts... its just a jump i mean wtf...
this is a new age game man wtf i don't wanna poof to a place i mean make wps and such but make a 2 way only path from act to act or something or like a boat theme were u sit on and can stand around just for like a min or 2 or a caravan thing were u can run around a cart or some then.
not just poof your there or some then that sucks especially for a game that is being designed in this day and age. i mean you could make it kinda epic transitioning from act to act like you could fend off demons from attacking your caravan or boat while going from place to place... but poofing is a lazy mans transition IMO a bit repetitive post ill clean it up later... but damn.. that kinda put me in a bad mood...
also i hope there is a CRAP LOAD OF QUESTS. not like diablo 2s quests, i mean like ALOT. so few quests in d2 kinda made it boring after awhile after getting all the GOSU gear.
hopefully they will have a large amount of quests sorry for saying this guys... but like in WoW. quests are fun 6 per act kinda sucked i want like over 1000 or some then and random generated quests and mobs to go with that quests for online play or something so it kinda stays fresh even though its just killing something you know...
it will be also cool to have Rep for different camps castles, and towns you visit like in Hell Gate or WoW. also i would consider doing what hell gate did having a hub for all the players but when they go off and quest they separate. I.E. like all players can be in a certain acts town but then if they're like hey lets go do this quest or whatever together leave town and loads the act then so on.. or if people dont like that idea how about a huge place were all the players can hang out like a mall but not really a mall you know? like a hub like Org or iron forge *WoW reference* or some then players can hang out then go questing when they get a group together and what not idk sorry if my ideas are a lil crazy but just what i think :-\ would make this game more multi-player friendly and fun
Could that mean development for this game is far to along to redo the art design and they are trying to polish this game in time for a early release? i mean blizzard did take tips on starcraft 2 but very few on Diablo 3 i think because its to far along int he making to be redone in any sorta way like that... my cents.
Okay I honestly don't know for sure if this is right, but on Gamesradar.com/pc PC Gamer (Who will have Diablo 3 on the cover of their October issue I think) posted a preview of the Q&A with a developer. One key question I saw was as follows
PCG: The cynics have already said they look forward to playing Diablo III when it ships in 2011. Do you feel any pressure to prove them wrong?

EDIT: Also to sort of backup this "confirmed" date on the last issue of the PCG mag in the next month box they said "You knew it was coming, you just didn't know when, well, we know and we'll tell you, stick around."

This Statue is FRIGGEN AWESOME!!! def gunna put a order into it it. i wonder if you can paint it your self? cus i played WarHammer40k and i was pretty damn good at painting the miniatures. soo yea this statue is bad ass.

could that gameplay video have been put togethor fairly quick? i mean i see peoples sigs with the stupid lookin glion but that doesnt look like alot of time or effort went into it did they leave out all the gorey effects and stuff cus they didnt have time or they wanted to surprise us when it comes out? just my take on the new information onthe gameplay video since nono of that is part of the actual game.

A geomancer is a fancy way of saying rock-wizard. Or earth-magician.
Or ground-trickster.
Basically a mage that deals exclusively with the ground.
Golem summoning, earthquakes, rock walls.
Imagine if you're being attacked by a massive horde of zombies, and then, with a simple wave of your pale, thin, spiderlike fingers, the ground beneath them suddenly becomes a wave of earth and rock, and sweeps into and through them.
Bodies go flying. Sweet times.
He could open up pits, create protective shields of spinning rock (a la hurricane), make a massive golem that can only come half out of the ground, so his upper torso just sits there, pounding away on anything within it's massive arm's reach.

the geomancer was a lame hero in dota its is still gunna be a lame hero in d3. Dota and Diablo are 2 different things.
idk if this is allowed here or not but i want to trade for a D2 cd key i have Wc3 RoC and TFT cd key i have a lod cd key already but i dont have d2 cd key i lost mine so i was wondering if any 1 had a spare i could trade for or use?

Sin wars i think would be the best setting for a diablo mmo. also you have to read the whole article not just the snippets we post.... to get the zomg what els could they do with the diablo series? i mean if they can turn a rts game into a mmo you can definetly turn a action already rpg into a mmo.
