Wait. I thought that this WASN'T a WoW forum... Are they really going to separate the characters into a Horde/Alliance (or whatever it was called, I never played WoW) type of setting?

its like they`re intentionally forcing all these WoW ideas into Diablo. it wouldn`t hurt them if they just stuck to MP instead of implementing a WoW idea.
since this is blizz we are talking about and they are a strategically smart company, I`m guessing that they are sure in the next few years the WoW subscribers will slim down a great deal and to prevent them from going to different game companies, Diablo III has been made as similar to the Warcraft games as possible, so WoW subcribers can familiarize themselves with this game and get into Diablo. and the next thing you know, come 2012 and the Announcement of the World of Diablo comes.
He uses "fury" because a Barbarian using Mana to do physical attacks really doesn't makes sense when it comes down to it. When you think about it: why would mana be usable for an extra-powerful strike when it usually accomplishes such tasks as summoning or magic? I prefer the whole "fury" thing.

It has always been free, so I don't expect them to make us pay now. Jesus, I hope not... because I will STILL get and play this game no matter how much it costs...
There will most likely be an expansion (maybe even more than 1) to Diablo 3, but I don't expect it to come out until at least a year after the game comes out.
I'm calling it : Sorcerer class (or something incredibly similar) will be back with a vengeance in Diablo 3.
I'm calling another couple "it"s (is this against the rules?) : Stone of Jordan will also make an appearance. Necromancer class will be missing from the game. Assassins are also out. A "holy man" character will be included, much like the Paladin.
And a hopeful "it" : The Enigma will return (doubtful, so don't hold this one against me! ;))
Oh yea did they say there will be no games you create but a static game world where everyone is.. also the mobs respawn? There will be instances?

Stop comparing the game to WoW, people. All we have seen is a 20 minute demo (that is probably still in ALPHA phase). They have not added the textures, nor have we played the game.
I think it looks pretty damn nice. I cannot wait for the game to come out, as I have been waiting since about 1 year after LoD... Thank you, Blizzard!

If you don't like it, don't buy it. There's really no reason to rain on everyone else's parade.
