Mar 25, 2011Hey lads and lasses,Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Im trying to figure out if there is any word on the release of D3 beta, an estimate is fine but it should be a well informed estimate. I just want to know because I just recently got orders to mobilize to Afghanistan and it would be nice to play some D3 before I go to the sandbox : P. If I miss out I miss out but I grew up with Diablo and all other blizzard games so to miss out on a big thing like a beta for D3 will be a real downer.

Yea a lot of lag if ur computer was from the 90s come on My comp can handle corpse after corpse after corpse, The Thousands of corpses in Medieval Total War II don't go away and I get no lag. Other games a few FPS game I play I have it so corpses never disspear its just more fun taht wayQuote from "OathofChaos" »Well... with the amount of mobs that swarm the heroes, as seen in the gameplay trailer, having a lot of corpses could cause a lot of lag on both the server and the client, depending on what type of server they wish to do.
Jul 22, 2008This thread and people's stupidity and even Credge's WANNABE SMART act has me well over the edge to end it here as is if this is what D3's community will be like (Full off asswhipe wannabe smart guys, and no good jerks) then i would not very well like to be apart of d3. But with all that aside I would by it as the graphics stand now, Yea Its still a little Eerie to me Im not sticking myself in the stoneage of graphics here to play this game.Posted in: Diablo III General Discussion
Jul 22, 2008My most memorable was finding the HOLY SHIT RARE DROP Staff of Apocalypse, which ended up being Diablo's ultimate doom considering I also had Tp up and futt bucking. I didn't do the Dupe glitch to get it but it was awesome to have it drop. And I think the other was playing my first Ironman round I believe one of the guys who started it mentioned it earlier but thnx for created something so fucking godly. Wasted many hours of my life lolPosted in: Diablo I & Hellfire
Jul 12, 2008I have 3:Posted in: Lore & Storyline
"Shes a Witch Burn Her"-Monty Python
oops wrong thing.....................
Cow King and Company: "Mooo Moo MOOOOOO!"
and finally "I will make weapons from your bones"-The Smith
Edit: 1 more:
I don't remember it word for word but that whole thing that the dying villager says outside of Tristram Cathedral
Jul 10, 2008Yea mate I definitely say go play D2 it is far different from WoW I don't like WoW a little too cartoonish for me and the storyline is cheesey but Diablo's story line is awesome Because it ties into the previous and future. Unlike WoW where the storyline for an expansion is kind of pulled out of a magic hat. But don't take my ranting on WoW to heart I just much rather prefer a good RPG then an MMO. And the reason why u think this game doesn't look amazing is the fact that your probablly new to the Blizzard company unlike us vets who played Diablo,Starcraft and Warcraft (RTS Version) before the beginning of time, its just Diablo was such a great game and is an easy choice for us when its between WoW and Diablo. Plus I believe this game is still gonna be free which means awesome fun time.Posted in: Introduction

I've got it..................................Tyrael is Azmodan, Cain is Belial;Diablo,Meph, and Baal see them as threats because they are trying to take rule of Hell or Sanctuary. Cain and Tyrael are kind of best buds, Cain is one old geezer and seems to never die what is he like 120 now. He went to Tristram Cathedral because that holds the answer to forever ridding themselves of The Three Prime Evils. This would open up to the ruling of Belial and Azmodan. Cain always seems to be caught yes and is never killed yes. Kind of odd that Cain lived right near the place where a Prime Evils bidding was taking place in D1. Odd that Cain is the only survivor of the Horadrim yet they are supposed to have been extinct. How in the hell does he know how to kill and/or complete every creature and objective of every quest in D2 and D1 lol (funny but being serious). Tyrael and Cain have both been the sources of the plot, so i conclude Cain is Belial and Tyrael Azmodan if I am wron so be it Im just throwing my theory out there and to me it makes a lot of senseQuote from "Jimmypwns" »I never really thought of it like that here are a few facts that might support this idea.
1.Decard Cain was always being captured in locked up in Tristam but the monsters never really attacked him.
2.The Heroes would always show up just in time to save cain which might be true or just a coincidence.
3.Cain is living longer than any of the other character's meaning he may be the host for some big immortal demon (same thing Diablo,Lord of Terror does to get back into the mortal world).
4.Decard Cain is the last of the Horadrim which is a bit fishy because he never really fought and all the other Horadrim ended up dieing by continously fighting the prime evils,Does this mean that cain ordered the three bothers to let him live?
There are also these facts that utterly break this idea.
1.Maruis the guy that traveled with Diablo (The Dark wanderer) in D2 was ordered to destory the soulstones by Tyreal and some of the Horadrim (None of which where Cain) and Cain was never involved in any of that plot.
2.If Cain was the cuase of all these problems why would Mephisto,Diablo, and Baal's minons still be targeting him as a threat unless they are just following Cains order's to make the plot seem good.
3.Decard Cain did in fact suggest the idea of destorying the Worldstone to Tyreal but Tyreal himself made the decision to destory it not Cain

Well D3 is 16 years after Diablo 1 and only a couple years (about 7-8) after d2Quote from "XzaLLeNT" »people should also put into consideration that d3 is 20 years after d2 (i think). realistically, 20 years is alot of time to "fix" things. maybe thats why sanctuary doesnt looks so gothic or horrific anymore. but the problem is, as d3 lasts longer, the story of the game progresses, therefore sanctuary becomes more "gothic" as the game passes by.

That would be badass!!!!! Walk into a place with like 3 of your friends and enter the center of it and just see from both angles, Angels and Demons charging at each other and clashing in the center and then you find yourself fighting all of'em for your lifeQuote from "Tokey" »In the new cinematic you've got a big evil army marching around... really makes me thing a lot of this will center around a war in sanctuary. Also, it seems they're implementing the ability for the game to manage much more large scale encounters and monsters, think we might see some warzone scenarios?
Jun 29, 2008I think a lot of yall are drinking ur knowledge off of D2 only.......Remember (because god knows I still do) Diablo's soulstone was Destroyed/Stuck in your warriors head in the epilogue of the Origional so who said they can't come maybe by some odd black magic they do...But I do believe its either Tyrael or some other Big player from the books comes in for the end boss (If Baal is alive he can ressurect his fallen brethren)Posted in: Lore & Storyline
