Don't think D3 and its expansions ever went more than 50% discount (9.99). Even the 17-year old D2 is at 9.99

You either get it now or keep chasing that rainbow :P

A buddy of mine who has RoS and has no problems playing it helped me by logging in to my account through his computer.
    Starter.
    Edition.

Quote from HeIsRisen: No offense, but have you actually downloaded both the vanilla and RoS? I don't see anywhere in your previous posts that you have. The starter edition does not come with all the game files you actually need. Also you can uninstall the starter edition and install vanilla and RoS and you should be good to go.
Quote from celey: Pretty much what HelsRisen said ;)
    Sorry not being more informative.
I've downloaded D3 through the Battle.net App (I don't see any option to download vanilla and RoS separately) and I've started a monk and got it up to level 13, which is max level for Starter Editions. I've tried logging out and then logging in back but that did nothing for me. On https://us.battle.net it shows this: http://s6.postimg.org/cffp3bt1t/Untitled.jpg and I'm pretty sure that's why on my Battle.net App it's also showing "Starter Edition". I believe I have the full game downloaded because I read somewhere a Blizzard rep said that all D3 installations are the same, just that the starter edition limits your access to the whole game.
Quote from Nimerah: I'm assuming you've called support?
Yes, since two days ago when I keep telling them that Blizzard has received my full payment (Called my bank) and that there's something odd about my D3 account. All they could do was to tell me to wait for 72 hours, and I patiently did until it got past 72 hours. My latest ticket to them goes unreplied for more than 24 hours already.

Has the money you paid been charged to your card/b-netacc?

    ===

Yes. I just called my bank and they told me that the funds were transferred to the "merchant's" account almost immediately after I made the purchase.

The picture states Product Level "Reaper of Souls" and "Standard Edition".

Your account status is "starter edition".

So Diablo 3 is RoS Standard Edition. Which is fine. Your battle.net account status is starter edition which is confusing but should be ok too.

You should be able to install Reaper of Souls and play it.

Btw: My DIII RoS battle net states the same, except that my account status is "active" instead of "starter edition".

Unfortunately, I can only level up to 13 and play as far as killing Leoric, which is the same as having a guest pass.
82 hours since Blizzard told me "Your payment has successfully processed and your licence now has full access to all game features." Pfft.
At this point, I don't even know if I can get a refund. Looks like Blizzard took it to another level of ripping people off.

I tried to change passwords, reset password, logged out from the Web and b.net app...

"As far as I know upgrading a game should be instant, there shouldn't be any roll-over-period. That's fucking ludacris if you have to wait longer for a digital delivery than an actual physical delivery. But blizzard might have some weird reasoning behind roll-over, no idea.

Maybe they're having some transaction issues or something.

Have to ask, you've downloaded the whole game and everything is up to date via the B-net app?"

Yes. I even have a level 13 Monk waiting.
Just so you know, I'm not just upgrading to RoS; I'm also purchasing Diablo III (vanilla).
This has been my game status ever since I made payment: http://s6.postimg.org/cffp3bt1t/Untitled.jpg
*Sigh* This has been a very frustrating experience for me, even right up 'til now.

I've been waiting for my Diablo account to be 'standard edition' but it's still on 'starter edition' for more than 72 hours (...and counting). 80+ hours ago I bought the digital bundle, which consisted of D3 vanilla + RoS for $39.98. 8 hours and 40 minutes later, Blizzard emailed me saying that my "payment has successfully processed and my licence now has full access to all game features."
Anyone been/going through this? I keep asking Blizzard to thoroughly assess my situation but all they could tell me was to keep waiting for the "72-hour roll over period." It is now more than 72 hours already... What now?
