The Shadow/Marauder build seem to be the easiest and with the lowest-effort build for GR70. BUT the playstyle is very weird and if you haven't played this build before, I'd not use it.
The second best should be either the Unhallowed Essence (Grenades) or the Shadow's Mantle: Impale build. The Shadows: Impale builds will get an insane buff for patch 2.5 using the reworked Holy Point Shot quiver.
Else you can just play the Classic UE Multishot build or Marauder: Cluster Arrow version.
Shadow's + Marauder: Fan of Knives
Unhallowed Essence: Grenades
Shadow's Mantle: Impale (becomes very powerful in 2.5 with the new quiver affix)
Other good builds for GR70:

Embodiment of the Marauder: Cluster Arrow (Grenades or Rockets) -> http://www.d3planner.com/686921472

In my opinion, on hardcore, the Might of the Earth build is the most relaxing one. You have a lot of toughness and damage is easy for GR70 with decent equipment and low paragons.
The Whirlwind builds (Wrath of the Wastes or Immortal King's Call) both work aswell. The IK WW version is more tanky, but your damage output is a bit lower than if you are using the Wrath of the Wastes set.
The IK/Raekor combinations have an insane amount of damage output, but you also are very easy to kill, which is why I prefer not to play those builds.
Might of the Earth: Earthquake (Fire)

As Crusader, I'd play the Blessed Hammer build, because the damage is just insane and you should just destroy a GR70 with even bad rolled items.
The Blessed Hammer is really squishy tho, you take a lot of damage.
Else you can just play a Thorns based build (Akkhan/Invoker (later LoN aswell)), which are very tanky and more safe to clear a GR70.
Seeker of the Light: Blessed Hammer
Armor of Akkhan: [Thorns] Bombardment
Throns of the Invoker: Classic [Thorns] Punish

I'm very disappointed when start playing patch 2.3,because many players doesn't know the basics in the game.
I made that guide to help to new players or the current ones.
It contains guides, advices and recommendation how to play better on multiplayer games in Diablo 3.
First of all,we must choose the Difficulty and Gamestyle/Tag.I prefer to do very wisely,if you are not very strong for the current difficulty on solo, just go on the lower one.
As we can see we have 5 Gamestyles:
Bounties,Rift,Greater Rift,Key Warden,Brawling.
-Brawling is a PVP/Arena in Diablo 3,there's no rewards or mechanics,it's just for fun.
-Key Warden is a tag for a Keywardens who drops Infernal Machines (instead of Keys,2.3 patch changes) which needed to open Uber portals.Infernal machines only drop for players who are in the same area!
-Rift is a tag for the peoples who want to play normal rifts according to difficulty that they choose Torment I-X (The rift enter is free now and don't need Keystone Rifts anymore! 2.3 patch changes)
-Greater Rift is for experienced players who can played on a very hard difficulties. If you think you're that strong, you can test yourself, but ask another players and make agree to play on the same difficulty first. (The Realm of Trials has been removed from the game, that means ,you don't need to clear waves to gain higher Greater Rift Stone, you can choose the difficulty via dropdown menu when you click on Nephalem Obelisk)
-Bounties is a most popular tag after the Patch 2.3 releases. When you completed bounties - you loot materials you need for extract legendary power from items, using another recipes in your cube & crafting legendary items also (the new big 2.3 patch changes)
When you choose your gamestyle, you need to find Kanai's Cube.
You can do it solo on any difficulty!
Just go on Act III ,open Map ("M" hotkey") and see on the top right corner ,there's the new zone named "The Ruins of Sescheron"
When you enter there, search for the second level called "Elder Sanctum" .If you find it ,search the cube and take it.
It will be available in any of the acts near Zoltun Kulle.
You can take legendary affixes from the items and use it like your passives.
It restricted to 1 weapon affix,1 armor,1 jewelry. You can change them anytime on any hero!
As I said before, bounties are most populars now,but many peoples don't know how they played in the most efficient way. There is a Bonus Cache in a random Act everytime you start a new game or join in the current one.
You can see which is the current Bonus Cache Act when you click "M" ,then click the Right Mouse Button or the "-" button on the map. You'll see the "!" symbol and description "Bonus".
The bonus gives you x2 materials (for example,if you played on Torment 6,you'll recieve 3 materials + 3 from the bonus cache!) + bonus loot and I strongly prefer to anyone play only bonus acts!
When you played on bounties,"Split play" is the most faster and efficient way to play, that means, you all go to the Bonus Cache Act ,then anyone takes one bounty and finish it,then you ALL go on the boss of the current act, because when you kill the boss,it's spawns "Diabolic Hoard" .That's a big chest near the boss when die with a more loot + many gems.
Almost the half players in the game makes the same mistake,if they see the Shrine ,they sprint and takes it as soon as they possible. That's not required, because everyone take the Shrine effect anyways.
Please ask first if anyone has "Nemesis Bracers" to use it on the shrine and wait for the reaction/answer ,then if no one have, take the shrine.
If you're a newcommer and have questions or help, you can ask in the chat/clan/community groups.
Please don't enter in the higher games that you can only leech. For example, there's no reason to play with rare items on Torment II +
You can ask it in the game first (do not expect a good attitude),but most of peoples will understand.
The biggest paragon level players must respect the lowers, paragon level doesn't makes you a good player or the one with the privileges to offend/insult or disrespect another players.
Remember : Sharing is Caring! If you don't need any item or have the strong one ,ask first if anyone needs it before you trash it for just 1 Soul.
Don't refuse to help to anyone (if you can of course),because you may need help someday!
We all want to play games for fun, let's do it,without stress situations.
P.s. It's not a school here and I don't need any grammar nerds, trolls, offtopics in that thread/guide.Otherwise,everyone is welcome to discuss/adds/remove some of the things I forgot or must change.

So I made 13 Gems of Ease and removed the level requirement of all my monks gear. I made a new monk and did act I and act IV and was level 70. Less than 15 minutes. I just did it to see what it would be like. That was pretty cool. Probably would have been faster if not for stopping to update skills on occasion. I took a screeny of my brand new level 1 character with all the level 70 gear on. Enjoy.
Edit: I used the 13th Gem of Ease in the weapon till about level 35 for the bonus exp. Probably could have used a ruby in helm to speed it up even more.

Hey Garfm. Great guide! But can you help me with understanding the hybrid strategy? I speak English not so good and cannot understand it.
People clearing rift - if someone has got way better weapon then everybody head back to town (to do bounties and stuff?). If not... here's a part I don't understand: "...if you find no dmg increase proceed to the next step after finishing the rift. From there we will look for the cursed bounties... also go clear halls of agony level 3. Then we will head back into the rift finish it hand it in and reset the game." So if nothing dropped in rift then should I close it or 'pause' it?
Is the goal to clear bounties+cursed chests faster and for that I need to find better gear in rifts?
For what is the power spike? Isn't there just getting better gear and why do I need to know numbers of damage I need?
I feel so dumb

Hey guys, today I finish up my PTR exploration with another update to the Acid Cloud Helltooth caster build variation. As this will be my go-to in Season 4, I wanted to push a bit higher in grifts and cleared 55 very easily (first try on all rifts), with a non-Ancient Suwong Diviner. There are quite a few changes here from what I showed before - a switch to Focus/Restraint, hybrid poison/cold damage, interesting skill rotations, and more. Enjoy & discuss!
Build: http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/witch-doctor#SRUklY!WcUT!caa.Yb (note that Wall of Zombies is changing to Wall of Death and talent calc isn't updated yet, but you'll be using the cold rune)
Gems: Trapped, Zei’s, Gizzard (Esoteric also good)
