Am I the only one who is surprised that not 1 or 2 monk things were changed?
That class feels really powerful at the moment.
Guess the nerf hammer will fall later.

Last couple of days the wait times are closer to 1 hour, not sure what it will be again after tomorrow.
A couple of things I noticed in the PTR are:
Bonus act doesn't seem to award a cache for each player. In the game I created I was the only one getting the bonus cache while my other team members didn't get it. Only the last bonus act they all got the bonus cache.
On torment 6 the keywardens don't drop 100% which I guess doesn't really matter as drop means opening portal so goes quick enough as it is.
It also feels like that chest that spawns now at the boss has better chance of legendary drops then normal resplendent chests.

I would do 1 or 2 rounds clearing all acts so you get some materials to cube some good items you find, with a group of 4 this shouldn't be to much work.
Then just focus on rifting as loot and experience is better there then in the normal acts.
With all the bloodshards and loot you find in normal rifts you should be able to get the items quick enough.
Also as soon you find your first riftkeys just do them directly till you find the 3 you need for your build and then only do Grifts so you always keep 100% so you don't waste it.

Well it's not like the riftguardians are the biggest problem of completing a rift, but ofcourse it helps a bit.

Believe the patch before last patch? So atleast 2 weeks.
Basically you only use the convert set item till you have all set items then you don't want to use the convert set item anymore, maybe only to get the 5-6 set items so you can reforge those.
Since reforge legendary item and upgrade rare item to legendary use different materials I think both are good option to get better gear in that slot.

I'm not a fan of caltrops, you want to play at a certain speed so when you need caltrops to slow enemies down you kill them too slow I think.
Twin Chakram is nice kept it for quite a while. It also depends on what you find fun playing with. I like bola shot and sometimes grenades but guess it depends on how you want to play and what level you are.
