Jan 9, 2009REN posted a message on Plenty Of Activity Today On The Diablo 3 Battle.net Forums: Trading, UI and Direct X.I would love a auction house in diablo 3 but a very flexible auction house in respect to the more classic world of warcraft approachPosted in: News
You can set static prices (gold) or set the auction so you can accept offers from people with items to offer in exchange. If you want to trade for something of equal or lesser value you should be the players own choice and people put offers in (and have the ability to take them away before transaction) with the ability for the player selling the item to choose which auction best represents his needs or desires
Yes you can do that, once you have the item in your inventory you can drop it for everyone to take off the ground.Quote from "Ferret" »Has Blizz ever stated if someone can drop things from his inventory without destroying them? -

He could have just completely decided to break away from the heavens to protect sanctuary by his own accord because they are planning to destroy it once an for all to stop hell from corrupting it to there efforts so as to turn the tide of war, I would suspect that if such a thing happened that tyrael would want to stop them from achieving there goals, even killing some of his own kind to protect them.

Things like mythos and hellgate london were nice hub systems but they get very annoying specially when your trying to find people that are doing the same thing as you are with hundreds of people spamming the channels, its more hassle then its worth.

I don't like the idea of a instanced style housing system in a action rpg, it would just feel very weird, they work very well in mmorpgs and even slower paced games like these but with a fast paced game like this you would want to get back, drop your items you want to keep off and move on, slowing down the game would hamper it.

Actually mirrors edge for pc comes out next year in january so the list is correct on that, its a pc only listing so you are kinda stupid to say the list sucks because of you don't check these things
There's been no news since intel bought out project offset because they are developing a whole new engine for the game to make use of heavy multi-threading technology on the intel processors, since being acquired the only thing that been shown off in the last three months was a press only multiplayer preview at intels head offices unfortunately theres a very strict nda on it.
It probably won't make it out next year but adrians listings aren't meant to be a accurate release schedule just a way of showing upcoming games for pc gamers.

The series gives you the choice to think or not to even bother and in that gives you the ability to play it to your own style of gaming (however the overall gameplay is casual, very much pick up and play affair). The casual player dabble in the game and that's about it, the hardcore player will go threw everything to the end of hell and strive for the perfect item layouts to pimp there character/s to ungodly levels of power.
I think saying that the series is easy is about right if your playing soft-core because having no fear of death makes you pretty much invincible in the games, it doesn't matter how many times you die you'll eventually beat it. If your playing hardcore then its a very different story, one mistake can be your last without question, its named hardcore for a fricken reason

Didn't blizzard state that they'd release diablo 3 before starcraft 2 though?
That was my understanding from things I've heard anyway.

Most the remaining Horadric merged themselves into mage clans from what I understand of the lore and the rest are all dead, passed on.
I think the most strangest thing is that cain is still alive after all these years, he was old in the first game but to be pretty much the same after the whole fifty years? somethings up with that.

Yeah sorry I missed the adventure information
That makes me happy though thanks for pointing that out, went and looked it up on the diablo 3 wiki which shows how much information I did actually miss in the last update
