Would you guys think Ball Lightning will be the go-to now? I know it does less damage overall, but its range+hitting targets multiple times might be worth it? I feel like Frozen Arrow won't be as efficient due to it not piercing.
Ball Lightning doesn't hit the same target multiple times. Doesn't even do 155% like tooltip suggests.

I thought it did? Lame. Well then, maybe I'll go Frost Arrow+Multishot. :(
Look above, don't use multishot it is bad :)

Multishot+first rune is far from bad. :| I know Ball Lightning 'might' be better for AoE, but with using Frost Arrow, I cant use Ball, so Multishot it is.
with frost arrow u dont really need frost arrow, in worst case use Twin Chakrams = more damage for 1/2 cost.

I assume you meant "with frost arrow you dont really need multishot" and even then, Twin Chakrams does 100% weapon damage each. So thats 200% if both hit the target. Multishot does 165% guaranteed to all targets. Sure, its double the cost, but its way more effective for mass AoE than chakrams.

posted a message on Ponies or Seigebreaker runs?
I personally like Ponies better. I clear it all with roughly 90 MF(excluding 5 stacks of NV), then add the rest of my MF gear(bringing me up to 310+ with NV) and open all the clouds. I usually net 4-8 rares a run, plus numerous blues(mostly from clouds). Not to mention, tomorrow with 1.0.3, boss loot is being nerfed and champion/rare loot is beign buffed, so Ponies will definitely be superior then.

posted a message on Demons Hunters & Resistance
I used to be anti-survival on my DH. Beat Inferno Diablo with about 25k HP, 80 resist to all, and 45-80k damage. However, I recently started stacking all resist due to a rumor I heard about Reflect Damage. My gosh, it makes a HUGE difference. Up to about 250 all resist and I actually dont have to use Smoke Screen against them to avoid the damage. While I still don't think Vitality is that great for us, All Resist(and even Phys Resist) is epic against Nether Tentacles and Reflect.

posted a message on Best companion for Inferno
I used the Templar all the way up through Inferno Diablo for a few reason. Clutch heal against reflect, snare when mobs hit him, AoE knockback. However, I recently decided to give the Scoundrel a second try. I tried him last in normal. I had some nice gear sitting around for him. 243 Dex token, some 60 dex+15% IAS rings, 110dex+15% IAS ammy, and a 900 damage bow with IAS and cold damage. Set his abilities as snare, blind, multishot, and 10% damage on crit. Never. Looking. Back. He's up at 7k dps(compared to the 300 my 119k templar had) and has about 2.1 APS, keeping constant snares on just about everything because of the cold damage. His blind is epic and he uses it perfectly(since he stays near you most of the time). He's such an upgrade for farming inferno ponies compared to the templar.

posted a message on Price check MF helm: 33mf% 138Dex 43 All res
My honest opinion: less than 100k.

Here's why: The non-MF stats on it are lack luster. It's average dex and resist(which is great for DH), but it lacks vitality or something extra like crit of chance to fear(which is where the real $$ comes in). As for the MF, 12% base is average/low.

Someone looking for a MF helmet is not going to care about damage stats, and someone looking for a damaging helmet isn't going to care all that much about MF at the sacrifice of lower stats. Trying to sell this helm based on both sets isn't going to get you very far, imo.

Example: Bought my 156 dex, 80 vit, 4% chance to fear helm for 300k. Bought my 15% base mf with socket helm for about 250k. No one intelligent would spend over 1mill on a helm like that when most people switch to MF gear at near death of mobs or for chests only.

posted a message on Where to Farm Act 3 or 4?
I don't farm 2, 3 or 4. As a DH, they all suck. The mobs are just brutal. Inferno ponies, though, drops the best loot, and the mob types are all melee with no fancy tricks. Super easy. So if you can afford the pattern, I'd recommend it!

Hehe I stand by what I said. I think items like that go for 1m=7.5-10 usd. It depends really, I made like 10-15 us/1m buying onehands with LoH/crit/dex/str yesterday, but I couldn't get rid of helm/legs for 1m=4-6usd.

(I'm trying to explain ratio's in armor/weps in diffrence of gold and rmah not website's that sell gold or whatever)

weps are deffo the best ratio to profit from if you wanne sell in eur, armor you better sell in gold that's atleast my expierience over the past 2 days.

From what I've found, this holds true. Weapons for cash, armor for gold. Some of the bets items I've found sell for 3-5 bucks on the RMAH, but upwards to 1-2mill on the GAH, but weapons are like huge. The other good thing to sell is legendaries on the RMAH, even the bad ones. I've sold 50 bucks worth of legendaries in the last 2 days!

On topic: That is an epic sword. A laser wizard would be all over that. Probably 5-15mill, imo.

Im personally done with D3 until 103. Killed Inferno Diablo and farm ponies with ease. I already feel like I need more content, but that could be because I only ever farm Act 1 and Whimsyshire due to the mobs of 2-4. We'll see though. That and farming is boring with legendaries being worthless. I've gotten 5 or 6 within the last week, all but 1 was terrible. /sad

    Quote from Xozat

I don't quite understand how he did this.

    http://us.battle.net/d3/en/calculator/witch-doctor#kdQjYV!WdV!YYbYZc

Wall of Zombies with 765% weapon damage rune
    Soul Harvest(massive intelligence buff)
Big Bad Voodoo with 30% damage rune
Mass Confusion with 20% damage rune
    Zombie dogs(to sac)
Sacrifice with 5% damage per dog rune(20% total)
Pierce the Veil for 20% more damage

So total, 90% increased damage +650 intelligence(which is another 650% increased damage) modifying a 765% weapon damage spell. So a 1000 damage weapon does 76,500 damage with just Wall. increase that by total intelligence(with the Soul buff, I'd have to take a guess at around 2200-2500 intelligence, so 2200% to 2500%) and then 90%. Adds up fast.

They reallllllly want us to do full clears of everything don't they? Yet, they still haven't made it worth it yet. *sigh* They need to hurry up with 1.0.3.

It is getting stupid lately. I am sure soon enough seigebreaker will drop 2 blues that can be max ilvl 61 or some shit as well.

Eh, I doubt they'd nerf the boss. I mean, he only drops 2 blues if with no stacks. I'm just glad ponies won't get nerfed anytime soon...unless they somehow do something to make it so we can't clear it all then open all the chests and stuff with full MF gear. :\
