I assume you meant "with frost arrow you dont really need multishot" and even then, Twin Chakrams does 100% weapon damage each. So thats 200% if both hit the target. Multishot does 165% guaranteed to all targets. Sure, its double the cost, but its way more effective for mass AoE than chakrams.

Multishot+first rune is far from bad. :| I know Ball Lightning 'might' be better for AoE, but with using Frost Arrow, I cant use Ball, so Multishot it is.

I thought it did? Lame. Well then, maybe I'll go Frost Arrow+Multishot.

Here's why: The non-MF stats on it are lack luster. It's average dex and resist(which is great for DH), but it lacks vitality or something extra like crit of chance to fear(which is where the real $$ comes in). As for the MF, 12% base is average/low.
Someone looking for a MF helmet is not going to care about damage stats, and someone looking for a damaging helmet isn't going to care all that much about MF at the sacrifice of lower stats. Trying to sell this helm based on both sets isn't going to get you very far, imo.
Example: Bought my 156 dex, 80 vit, 4% chance to fear helm for 300k. Bought my 15% base mf with socket helm for about 250k. No one intelligent would spend over 1mill on a helm like that when most people switch to MF gear at near death of mobs or for chests only.

From what I've found, this holds true. Weapons for cash, armor for gold. Some of the bets items I've found sell for 3-5 bucks on the RMAH, but upwards to 1-2mill on the GAH, but weapons are like huge. The other good thing to sell is legendaries on the RMAH, even the bad ones. I've sold 50 bucks worth of legendaries in the last 2 days!
On topic: That is an epic sword. A laser wizard would be all over that. Probably 5-15mill, imo.

Wall of Zombies with 765% weapon damage rune
Soul Harvest(massive intelligence buff)
Big Bad Voodoo with 30% damage rune
Mass Confusion with 20% damage rune
Zombie dogs(to sac)
Sacrifice with 5% damage per dog rune(20% total)
Pierce the Veil for 20% more damage
So total, 90% increased damage +650 intelligence(which is another 650% increased damage) modifying a 765% weapon damage spell. So a 1000 damage weapon does 76,500 damage with just Wall. increase that by total intelligence(with the Soul buff, I'd have to take a guess at around 2200-2500 intelligence, so 2200% to 2500%) and then 90%. Adds up fast.

Eh, I doubt they'd nerf the boss. I mean, he only drops 2 blues if with no stacks. I'm just glad ponies won't get nerfed anytime soon...unless they somehow do something to make it so we can't clear it all then open all the chests and stuff with full MF gear. :\
