Ok, wheres the Diablo facebook page, where can I get Diablo updates on by IPhone, my blackberry -- Will there be a Diablo IPhone app, a countdown to Diablo III on G4 or DirectTV.
Difficulty Levels should be raised from 3 to 9.
Level Cap should be 999.
Exp Cap should be 1,000,000,000,000,000 (1 Quadrillion)
Hardcore mode should be only available after completing all 9 normal difficulty levels.
After Hardcore mode, there is Super Stinky Hardcore Mode: (Available after completing all 9 hardcore difficulty levels) ? If you die in SSHC mode, all your characters die and you have to go back to normal mode. Trade off is, the first to 1,000,000,000,000,000 XP in SSHC Mode, and have completed all 9 difficulty levels, gets $5,000,000 cash.
Whaddya think Blizz?
Yeah, I know, I'm sado-massachistic -- where'd I put my barbed flog ... oh there it is!

I wanna die alot. I wanna go after an army of monsters armed only with a rusty butter knife and a loincloth. I want my $79.99 (or so) to go for about 1,000 hrs of gameplay as I wonder where that zombie came from that's kicking my ass so bad, next Wednesday called saying I overshot it on my way to my dirt lunch. I want to re-experience the good old days of D2 where I couldnt tare myself away for food other than the stash of cheetos at the side of my desk because doing anything else would delay me kicking more butt, or more butt kicking me. I wanna know I've been through a war when I see layers of bodies on the ground, a cold sweat dripping from my face as I survived my encounters with 5 HP and broken items. I wanna yell at my screen as that arrow fells me, or that trap I should have seen makes me into cannon fodder. Don't wimp out on me! Don't make D3 into candyland with a sling! Don't give me so much power that I routinely knock legions off the map with my cardboard dagger (A LA WoW). I wanna be one of those 300 Spartans defending against the Persians at the pass. I want to see the invaders coming at me at the Alamo as the hordes clamour over the wall. Gimme gimme gimme! I wanna cut through a mass so big, the stacked bodies can be mistaken for the Rocky Mountains. I WANT A WAR!!!
As an avid player of Diablo, Warcraft and WoW, I have noticed a disturbing trend in Blizzard's games that I hope does not continue in Diablo III or even the 1.13 patch of Diablo II.
Developers at this company always "seem" to want to make things easier on the players, diluting the challenge of the game. If anything, the game should be more difficult and hold my interest. This is why I love Diablo II so much ... the challenge remains even after my years of play.
I am extremely disappointed in the way WoW has been treated, and although it has remained an outstanding passtime, the solo challenge has been weakened severely. Quests have been removed, items given, monsters weakened and skills buffed. I consider this 'nerfing' a counterfeiting and hollowing-out of my overall gameplay experience. Initially, I wasn't happy with the damage-stacking inclusions in Diablo II, but I could see the logic behind it.
Please DO NOT continue this with Diabo III.

P.S. If anyone THINKS about including motorcycle mounts in D3, I'm personally disassembling your vehicle and placing the parts in alphabetical order on your front lawn. Heehee
The game was just announced, people and already we are picking on the 'artwork' on a game that probably won't be released for at least twelve months! What are we? Vultures on a dead carcass? Sheesh! We can suggest things, but to say 'this game needs a more gothic feel' is like -- 'How white is the milk at the store'. I'm sure Blizzard, in their infinite wisdom, will have artistic directors that can handle that. From what I saw, of an UNFINISHED PRODUCT, its coming along fine? Are we even considering the effect the artwork has on the animation?
I have two points -- one on the artwork, one on the play
The artwork, from what I've seen in both the gameplay trailer and the design panels, looks extremely appropriate givven the past games. There are places where it looked a bit dark, but I don't know whether that is my monitor. I don't know whether this makes sense or not, but in WoW, there are places that the artwork and the scenery have a tendency to overpower the gameplay, in my opinion.
I don't know whether this team handles my second point, but another concern is that the depth of play stay true to Diablo and not have the temptation to dumb-down the experience, the journey, like Blizzard has done with World of Warcraft. I want a challenge, and that challenge still draws me into multi-hour sessions of Diablo II on a regular basis. The artwork in D-II is just enough so that it adds to my experience, and I really don't mind that it's nearly a decade old.
