If you're going to use a RoRG you can get more CDR by running 5pc. Akkhan with a Vigilante belt and a Leorics crown than with Crimsons set. I think that guide was written before the helm was updated and the belt added. you can also use a level 25 or higher Gogok gem to make up even more CDR although it's a little inconsistent when you have gaps in combat.
How does the Gogok gem work? just like Rally reducing remaining cooldown by 1% each or it is the effective cooldown when i push the button matter? in case it is like Rally what happens when gogok buff disappears, what happens to the remaining cooldown period ?
