Im going to open a thread on the Bug Report forums and confirm this. Im not sure if its that groundbreaking to warrant an immediate fix since the meteor's only hit for around 200m. But i would like to know as well.
I fear that theres a character wipe incoming, and i did not get a chance to test the non-runed version during GRifts. Although if so, i would more than likely change Meteor to another spender if Star Pact is indeed a bug and gets fixed.

Hey guys, one of the new emerging builds outside of Legacy of Nightmares. Really enjoying this build and making me considering wizard for the next patch.
This is still very early in the PTR, so of course things are subject to change. But currently, and after tomorrows patch, this build will be untouched.
Im still testing different things, so if you find anything that can compliment the build or further it, let me know!

An amazing first few days, we have gathered 10 top notch players with 2 core groups farming 67-70 at the moment!
Always looking for more.

Heya guys, Avarice here.
Serenity was created to bring together some the best players on Diablo. As well as just being overall productive. The idea, like many others, is to solidify multiple groups of friends to run high tier Rifts as quickly and efficiently as possible. All around a community of great players where you can find a group or find people instantly to run Bounties, Ubers, GRifts, or even level a new character. We are ran in a Semi-Hardcore atmosphere with room for quick advancement.
Sounds like every other clan out there, whats the difference?
We have the same mindset, and generally run and play exactly the same. But I'm not going to require you to be some big name, or be in the top 1000 leaderboards just to qualify for Serenity (and if you are a big name or streamer, it will not bias your review). If you meet the requirements, you have been active on the season, and that's what Serenity is looking for!
Seasonal Requirements (This applies to current (4) and all future Seasons. As the meta changes, so will the Requirements)
Greater Rift Solo Clear: 60+
Greater Rift Group Clear: 66+
Alternate builds (3 or more builds, multi-class is favored)
Non-Seasonal Requirements (These will never change)
Greater Rift Solo Clear: 55+
Greater Rift Group Clear: 60+
If you meet the requirements, you will be instantly reviewed and up for invitation.
Dont meet the requirements? Just short of them? NO PROBLEM!
Id rather grab a great player at paragon 500, than to wait for him to level and meet the requirements. I know I was clearing 60s and higher in the mid 400s. I was extremely lucky with my drops, but with a paragon of 400 what top tier clan or group would invite me? This is what Serenity is all about, if you dont meet the requirements but feel you're a great player, thats ok! We will still sit down with you and review you as if nothing was different.
Lastly I would like to cover the atmosphere and attitude of the clan. Firstly and foremost, we do not discriminate against any other player for any reason. This is a game, we play to accompany our ego, not show it to everyone else. We're adults, but keep the language from reaching into the areas of vulgarity, racism, and other discrimination's. If you are going to wear the Serenity tag, please don't make a bad name while in chat with other people outside of the clan.
Earlier i mentioned there is room for quick advancement. Yes, Serenity is looking for officers. But as an officer there are some things you might want to know before you considering moving to Officer Rank.
You will be expected to create, and manage your own group. There should be at least one officer in each group.
You will be expected to manage the clan, discuss problems and problematic players with the other officers.
You will be expected to be knowledgeable on all aspects of the game. This applies to game mechanics, builds, items, etc.
You will be expected to be very active.
You will be expected to be respectful, and have a good attitude when dealing with other players.
Feel free to contact us, and we hope to see you soon

I dont get how i can get anymore more with the exclusion of ancient.
Darkinspiration can i get your profile? I would like to compare and see what im missing.
Interesting to see Captain Crimson still in play, it has its values but i figured people would prefer cains over crimson.

It has to be that youre not wearing Crudest Boots. That or youre not using Innas.
Crudest Boots gives you about 300k LPS.
I dont think its actually possible to reach 1 million LPS, im at 920k with all top tier rolls (missing LPS on shield, not sure if i want it or not). If i was full ancient with the stats i have, im sure i could probably push 950k..
Make sure on your Regen rolls, they are all above the highest thousandth (So if pants roll with 4643-5528 - you want atleast 5000 LPS on them)
Edit: Of course youll hit 1million LPS from your abilities and bonuses, but im talking about standing in town. No buffs, no parties.

I feel the raw power from the ancient one should surpass the 50% CoTA damage.
The ancient is as best as it gets, cannot reroll any further.
The non-ancient is fresh and has not been touched.
What do you think?

To answer a few questions:
The character was leveled from 1 to 70 and then to paragon 100 by hand, without using the Miners Gold "exploit"
Level 1 to 70 was done by farming bounties on master difficulty, paragon 100 was done mainly by rifts.
We rarely did GRifts, only to get some of the awesome gems like Smite and Mini Conduit.
Play time from 1 to 70: 9 hours 56 minutes
Play time to paragon 100: 18 hours 14 minutes
