Everyone i have ever played with, clan, friends, community, all of them wait for 500 blood shards before they spend them.
I hate those people because every 20 minutes they're shouting on TS "oh please don't close the rift, I need to gamble"... and then you're delayed for another few minutes. I gamble at 300-400 shards, so that I never run over the limit.
How would closing the rift prevent people from gambling? even IF they have blood shards left on the ground, there's plenty of time to go and spend some shards and go back pick up the rest within the 30 seconds it takes for the rift to close >.<
And people should really learn to gamble @ Kadala in Act 1 / New Tristram, it's 1 step from the blacksmith >.<

Are you seriously suggesting that gambling anywhere from 1-4 clicks to get rid of ~100 shards to make room for the rift drop takes minutes? It takes 15 seconds. I have time to do it during a closing rift with time to spare.
I have no idea what these people are doing. Oftentimes it involves character switching (because they wanna gamble with a different character) or thinking about what actually to gamble for. No idea. but yeah, I've waited definitely more than 15 seconds (otherwise it'll be enough time after talking to Orek, right). If you're that fast... great. Not everyone is, unfortunately :-)
And for the people who wants to spend their shards on a different character, you would rather have them switch character after every rift? making the overall delay even longer?

roughly same mats (rift guardians now drop more mats) and more legendary, leg drop rate have been increased with the price accordingly (x5) and then increased by 33% more, now reaching 10% chance per click. Read blue posts, stop whinning, God.
You're getting 1-4 Veiled Crystals per Rift Guardian, that is NOT compensation for the increased blood shards price.

Last night I completed roughly 40 rifts (@T6) and that is roughly 4000 blood shards. (8 x 500)

So on 500 blood shards you'd normally get 80-90 veiled crystals (assuming you buy something that cost 5 Blood Shards)
With 4000 blood shards that would normally be about 640-720 Veiled Crystals from kadala alone.(NOT counting everything you loot during a rift)

During these 40 rifts and ~4000 blood shards, i have gotten MAYBE 400-500 veiled crystals, and that is INCLUDING all yellow i looted DURING the rift AND the "buffed" mats from Rift Guardian, and i pick EVERYTHING.

Not to mention the said that they'd buff the amount of crafting mats dropping from the Rift Guardian.
On an average today, i got 3-4 veiled crystals per Rift Guardian.

And on top of that i'm already low on veiled crystals because chest and legs costs 40-50 crystals per re-roll >.<

I still find it weird that everyone talks about "spent 500 shards."

Do people really wait until they get to exactly 500 before shopping?

I gamble after every rift and the new price system is awful. Before you might wind up with 4 left, now you can end up with up to 24 unspendable shards which feels crap.

I realise objectively it's better now for getting loot, but it feels crappy.

You guys who don't understand that this is a BUFF are simply idiots, for whom probability is "dark magic".
Less mats, less legs, and you say it's a buff? LEL
Less mats true, but less legs? not sure about that, last night i got minimum 2 legendaries per 500 shards and a maximum of 5 legendaries per 500 blood shards.
    RNG is RNG.

Even if i got 20% less VCs i´d be happy about this change. Got thousands of those anyway. Short sample yielded 4 legendaries of roughly 30 items. I think most people just don´t understand that everything is better now.
Thousands of those will vanish is seconds once you get fucked by RNG when re-rolling :P

posted a message on Which weapon to use?
So today i was playing with a few demon hunters, and we got into a discussion about BiS weapon.
And this probably depends on the rest of your gear and which breakpoints you can reach.

I'm not into breakpoints that much, math is not my thing either >.<
Based on solo leaderboards Etrayu seems to be the best option, and i know that Calamity can be useful for group play.

But the guy linked me this google spreadsheet and it says that Natalya weapon is the best weapon to go for >.<
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nVPgOXJgW35xPQUwXgraSITqQ-Gazq0QHaoorGKWy0o/htmlview?sle=true

Is this list correct? obviously depending on the rest of your gear and T&T etc.

    Although they do show Natalya on the top of the list they also point out;

For general gearing purposes, assume all Bows (@2.84) and 2H XBows (@2.16) are essentially equal, with Etrayu with %DMG pulling slightly ahead, and 1H XBows (@2.84) falling a little behind.

The most important thing is to not waste attack speed if you can avoid it.
And then there's 3 more tabs with some information, not sure what to make of it.
Anyways, the guy i was playing with today, was ABOSLUTELY 100% sure that 1-hand crossbow is better than Etrayu.

What do you guys think? is Etrayu BiS for most gear setups? (solo play)

So i'd say i'm not happy with the current state of kadala, unless they buff RG even more.
However, the purpose of kadala is not to get crafting mats, but it's blizz fault to start with that players started using kadala is veiled crystals source.

posted a message on Crusader Help and Critique thread. - Post Gear/Build queries here.
Hey, I'm currently playing Condemn Crusader and i just crafted a new Hellfire Amulet that might be promising.
    Armory Profile / diabloprogress.com
    Current Necklace - Link
    Hellfire Amulet - Link

So if i do swap from my current necklace to my new hellfire amulet, I gained 665+ Strength, but i lose 18% Holy Damage.
Critical Hit Chance(CHC) and Critical Hit Damage (CHD) are roughly the same on both amulets.
My current necklace also has a secondary that reduces my damage taken from ranged attack by roughly 30%, but with the Hellfire Amulet i gained the passive called "Vigilant" which reduces damage taken from non-physical attacks and gives me roughly 2700 life-regeneration.

    When looking @ my profile damage;
Eye of Etlich: 996,550 Damage / 1,564,583 Holy Damage
Hellfire Amulet: 1,062,927 Damage / 1,477,468 Holy Damage

So my Hellfire Amulet does give me 66k damage, but i lose 87k holy damage, and the 5th passive ofc.
What do you guys think? which is best? Hellfire Amulet or my current Eye of Etlich?

Fully aware of diabloprogress, then again, it only calculates profile damage/in theory.
As i said: CHC is still somewhat RNG if you crit or not, 1% CHC might give more profile damage, but what is actually strongest in action?
On the other hand it might be hard to calculate.

    Hello.
Got into an argument with a clan member today, and i just wanna check with you guys, what you think.
What is strongest out of Strength and Critical Hit Chance?

Strength feels more like a solid upgrade, but CHC is still somewhat RNG if you crit or not, 1% CHC might give more profile damage, but what is actually strongest in action?

How much Str is required to compensate for 1% CHC?

I'm Currently @ ~10500 Strength and 49.50% CHC (without paragon points in CHC).

posted a message on Gogok - is it worth it?
I switched over to playing with BoP and Fryderh's Wrath
Even if I lose all my stacks, which I do alot, I only require one condemn on 15 mobs and I'll have 15 stacks.
And even the 15% IAS you get makes a big difference, can get condemn out much faster, so for this build I'd just it.

    Using the following gems;
    Bane of the Powerful.
    Gogok of Swiftness.
    Mirinae, Teardrop of the Starweaver.

If you plan on using the new condem build just level the shit out of the smite gem. it procs like crazy with condem for some reason [compared to heavens fury]

i was torn between bane of power and mirinae, once i get another socket ill use both. Bane dmg is a lot more consistent, but mirinae also gets your +holy% too, and those smites hit hard as hell at gem30+
    ____________________
gogok's cdr could be interesting, espeically if you get more than the needed amount of CDR from gear plus the gems CD, could possibly put you at a perma stop time=invincibility.

but with the 15%AS buff thats gonna drain your wrath even if youre running wrath regen+ emb.of power when. might be hard to keep the buff up.
Well, I am currently using http://www.diablofans.com/builds/50-shotgun-condemn-control, haven't really noticed if the gems procs extra of condemn though.
I currently have Mirinae @ Rank 27, crits for over 100m, but i don't have that much holy % damage.

But I'm leaning towards uprading Bane of the Powerful, just don't have any good rings to put it in right now, even if i remove the 50% CDH, Bane of the Powerful will be a downgrade in damage UNTIL I get it to rank 25 when i get the secondary, and I don't want to lose the 8% CDR on my RoRG either.

If I can keep up 20% CDR @ all times I'll probably end up using even more Provoke and Shield Glare, which replenishes my Wrath too.

posted a message on Crusader Legendary Gems (Holy Shotgun)
Hello everyone, been trying to figure out which legendary gems to use as a Holy Shotgun Crusader and also for the Roland set which I will be trying out once i get all the pieces, I tried it on PTR, which didn't work out very well, didn't have the necessary items.

I've read through the following reddit thread, very mixed opinions about the gems >.< (note: some information in this thread is abit old, gems unlocking their secondary @ rank 50 etc.)
    http://www.reddit.com/r/Diablo3Crusaders/comments/2c8xl8/what_holy_shotgun_legendary_gems_for_21/

Here's my crusaders profile --> link
Mirinae, Teardrop of the Starweaver (my current and only legendary gem @ rank 25)
Mirinae, Teardrop of the Starweaver crits for up to 120m, that's the highest crit I've seen so far.

Bane of the Powerful and Bane of the Trapped seems to be popular choices.
Bane of the Powerful - Bane of the Powerful seems like a solid option, @ Rank 25 the 20% damage buff lasts for 55 seconds, and you have an additional 15% Elite Damage which is always appreciated.
What's the maximum gem rank? if we can make it Rank 90, it would last for 2 minutes, which is very nice.

Bane of the Trapped - Not so sure about Bane of the Trapped, the only "CC" I currently have is Shield Glare, which doesn't last very long, UNTIL the gem reaches Rank 25, which will give you a permanent CC for nearby monsters, so until level 25 this gems feels somewhat unreliable.

Gogok of Swiftness - I've also been considering this gem, Gogok of Swiftness, mainly for the cooldown reduction tbh.
Currently I am a few percent low of permanent Akkarat's Champion (about ~5-6%). I am missing CDR on one of my rings.

Taeguk - One other gem that could be useful.

Equipped Ring #1 (Unity) - Does not have CDR, if i re-rolll 50% CHD to either a socket OR CDR, I lose A LOT of damage (about 160k profile damage)
Equipped Ring #2 (RoRG) - Has CDR
Rings i keep in my bag --> Extra Ring #1 (SoJ) and Extra Ring #2 (Unity)

These are at least the gems I'm considering, what do you guys think? Anyone got better suggestions or ideas?

And also if anyone got some experience with the new Roland set, I would appreciate some information regarding legendary gems for that set as well. (Physical Shield Bash build is currently what I'm aiming for)

    Available Weapons:
Heart Slaughter, possible Roland build weapon
Fate of the Fell which is my current weapon - Armory Link
