Yes because the screenshots of d3 are not washed out? Just look at the grass texture, it looks like your character is walking on a giant hand-painted and downright flat picture.

Isn't the game's name DIABLO, so.. what the hell is doing goddamn rainbows and flowers in a game entitled directly with demons?!?! Come on Diablo fans! is it really necessary to remind you what the original game was all about?!?!

Diablo1 started as the epitome of simple gaming, clicks and clicks and more clicks, and we loved it for that, we loved the graphics, the mood, the little-but-enough history and background the gave us and Diablo one of the best games (#1 for me) we have ever played in our lives. Diablo 1 redeemed us from our gaming-sins and took gamers to the next level.

Alright; was Diablo 2 a cool game? No, you filthy scum, it was a wonderful game!! right, some got disappointed by the lighting, but it was something that could be fixed with ease: gamma correction, contrast, brightness (included in the game options). In every other aspect, Diablo 2 delivered what we all wanted to see: monsters eating our virtual guts, demons infesting the world, and character thundering in hell. No one can refute this.

Now... Diablo 3... by the god forsaken mother of the scum of the earth!!! we (ALL OF THE F*CKING FORUM) prayed everyday of their lives since D2 for a sequel to be released, to continue the breath-taking legacy that none of us have experienced by any other game franchise... and we get... this... heresy...



PROTIP: Game Name: D-I-A-B-L-O... you want rainbows? wrong game pal. For the ^1billionth time: THIS.IS.NOT.WOW. Imho, the interface suck. (#1billion and 1: not wow). Blizzard employees should play the D2 ladder until all of them get lvl99, maybe it'd help them to get the FEEL of the game they're a trying to make a continuation on...

Now... THIS is what we have all been praying, sacrificing lambs and babies to Mephisto, playing countless hours, weeping, cutting, slaying, grieving and aching for. THIS IS WHAT WE WANT!!!! a game that will leaves us speechless, a game that we can buy and in 3-5 years say: "Fuck, that game was worth ten times what I paid for".



We don't want rainbows, we don''t want flowers, we don't want bunnies and teddy bears. WE WANT death, corruption, destruction, great graphics, cool armors, great gameplay!!! we want to move a character and break fucking ragnarok on a demon's butt hole!!! we want to fucking remember the day Diablo 3 came out, the day we checked a box in a to-do-before-dying list and claimed "THANK YOU ALL MIGHTY BLIZZARD FOR TAKING ME OUT OF MY GAMING MISERY" and not a grim day in which we reluctantly bought a game that we hoped would, once again, light our faces and redesign a genre.

For Diablo's sake and all of us', sign that petition.
