I recently started playing hardcore on EU servers, but now I am wondering where all other players are at...

0 players in TXIII public rifts - 0 players in TXIII public bounties - 4 (!!) players in public GR... Is HC a complete wasteland?

Is D3 going cold? I was looking for a new challenge after casually playing through all seasons in SC. But seriously... 0 players in TXIII public rifts on HC?!
