And my luck went the other way yesterday .

Seasons upgrading a gem from lvl 21 . I cleared a lvl 30 Grift and thought I would upgrade the gem seeing it was a 90% chance .

1st try @ 90% failed

2nd try @ 90% failed

3rd try @ 90% failed

I wasn't a happy bunny . What are the odds :/

Get someone to run you through T6 Rumford at the gate all the way to Adria's hut killing everything as you go . I ran 2 players from 1-70 in seasons the other day and it was ridiculously fast .

A few clan members are saying the same thing . But , we are all mainly playing 1 char so it may be that it seems way more . Like in normal I play every class so drops may be a bit watered down if you see what I mean

I spent 100 shards yesterday in seasons on my monk and got them at Kadala .

I've spent so many thousands on my WD and Dh trying to get them in normal .

But then it's all RNG and luck I suppose .

I can't see them doing removing pylons now , too late , maybe for next season .

Having more luck in seasons than I have in many months of normal play .

Monk reaches 70 and starts doing some low lvl Grifts , Furnace drops .

Farming shards for my monk on seasons with my DH , switch to monk start gambling my 500 shards . 100 shards later I get T&T which are passed to my DH . Go back on my DH , second T6 rift my first ever Kridershot drops

So far I have had

2 X T&T

1 x Kridershot

1 x Calamity

1 Etrayu

1 Furnace

3 x Unities

Not to mention full M6 etc , really need that luck on my monk now . This just on seasons , and only on paragon 250

Even managed to get 2 portals in less than an hour.

I got the kill 100 goblins , plus killed another 20-30 before I got my first and only portal so far . You sir , are very lucky

Been playing since ros release on my DH , I can't even say how many shards I spent on rucksack , never mind the hours I put into finding one and I still don't have one , so your sweeping statement of "it really doesn't "take" that long to get the legendaries that the guides require" is a bit reaching. I have just got my first Calamity and that was seasons , RNG or should I say , luck ..

I also never had a Kridershot , a Wand of Woh , a T&T , an SMK and the list goes on , so no , it's not "easy" to get these bis items that the guides say you need . Because 1 person in every 100,000 has so much luck , because thats all it boils down to "luck" , it doesn't mean we all have it .

Seasons start , reached 70 , started normal bounty farming , "this was before the upped drop rates I hasten to add ", for RoRG I always play on normal for speed , second cache in my whole career on seasons I get a RoRG . Today I decided to do 1 T2 run after hearing they had upped the % , I hate running torments for caches , but , thought I would try it , 1 run later = 1 RoRG .

In normal play before seasons I had 15 RoRG , all from normal bounties . Must just have luck were this ring is concerned .

Okay , seasons , just done a GRift lvl 4 on my DH and a Ramaldni dropped , showed clan and said what a nice drop from a low lvl Grift , I said what a pity I don't have a decent weapon yet to use it on . Went on to complete GRift 5 and what drops but an unsocketed Calamity , my first ever , woohooo

Yeah , I found 3 pieces of marauders after 3 days playing seasons , since then I have tried to gamble with no luck , yesterday I managed for the first time in years to have a long gaming session , so yesterday alone I spent 5000 shards trying to get a piece , still trying ..........

Seasons , I get to lvl 70 on the second day , start running normal bounties and on my second cache my RoRG dropped , absolutely chuffed until I id'd it with int , I was playing on my new DH . Still , main stat reroll and it does it's job.

Now with the chances upped I doubt there will be any more RoRG stories , they are so easy to find , pity , after 15 RoRG's in normal play before the "fix" I used to enjoy telling my stories of RoRG's to people who swear they have farmed for hours a day every day for months and not found any , now they mean nothing

Paragon 405 and one just dropped yesterday on T3 for the first time ever .

I have more but were given to me by clan members .

Logged in today on my monk , thought yeah , time for some rift keys , entered normal act 4 for speed , finished 1st bounty and started second , killed some trash mobs on the way and a sword dropped , could tell what it was just lying there . So , under 5 minutes played on normal and get a Thunderfury
