Guys, you are all speaking the ideas I've already completed. I'm trying to get into a solo 55 grift that doesn't suck, so I can display the build. I've got a rank 57 simplicities strength, an ancient Etrayu, and ~180% hungering arrow damage. Not to mention over 100% area damage. Give me a little bit of time and I'll have an expansive video talking about the 2.3 potential for this build.
There is a technique you can use to join the different servers out there, like the brazilian, the US servers and the ANZ servers. In order to join the US servers like OP is asking for, you have to do the following: first, make sure your D3 game client is closed. Now, go to the Battle.net Desktop App, select Settings, then Game Settings ("Configurações do jogo" in portuguese), browse the page until you find Diablo III: Reaper of Souls and check the box where it says Additional command line arguments. There should appear a line below it, insert this text in this line that showed up:
OnlineService.Matchmaking.ServerPool=Default
Save these configurations and open the D3 game client again. You should now be connected to the US server, ignoring our brazilian server, allowing you to queue for US games again, but you will be back to the 200-250ms ping, if you don't mind that. If you want to get back to the brazilian server, just uncheck that same box on Battle.net App and you should connect again to the brazilian server. I would recommend saving that text I pointed above, because when you uncheck that box on the app, it will not be saved there when you check it again.
This is the technique I've been using to switch between brazilian and US server as necessary, hope it helps you too.
Hey, im brazilian too!! So, you need somebody on NA to invite you and then make the game public. This way the game session is hosted on NA, but you cant join through the matchmaking by yourself. Its sad when you just want some randoms to play with.

it seems the 62s i did with was brazil dh...the blizzards servers are op there? and the u.s servers...arent good? yet it host ptr? im so lost.. maybe somebody can confirm...but i doubt ill be spamming "lookin for ausie/br servers for 70...." cuz most prolly be like huh?

I would roll the 12% movement speed to 3 slots in Garwulf.
Also a defensive passive, Awareness or Perfectionist, it gives a good survivability.
And where is the elemental damage from you SOJ ? you rolled the crit chance on it ?
And save a good 2 hand cross bow for 6pcs marauder, and a Bombadiers Rucksack.

Amd released today the Catalyst 15.8 beta, that include a fix for Diablo 3.
That driver fixed the issue with the loading when entering desolated sands.

Hello.
About 2 weeks ago Brazillian people got a dedicated D3 server.
That's the reason you do not see more BR's in open games
.
Beside the great ping that we have now 20-60ms it's hard to find open public games.
My question is: how can i back to NA open public games ?
If i have a english friend or clan mate, i can join their games without no problem and my ping come back to 200ms.
Any ideas ?

T6 solo 2-3 deaths.
Still need some gear upgrades, like a soj and better stats in marauders set.
