You have little fate in people that is your problem.
But I guess the problem is more about what friends do you have in game, around what kind of players do you float around because me as a non cheater I delete every one that I suspect of cheating and believe me its very easy to see this. Actually players are so used to cheating and be friends with cheaters that when someone sais he never sued Turbo Hud or Botting they wont believe him.
I actually do trust that person he doesn't bot or use turbo hud, he was the leader of the only no cheater allowed clan on Hardcore EU.
No I don't have little faith in people. But I have been playing computer games for 30 some years, and the excuses are always the same when people cheat and get caught. Usually they claim innocence and faulty anti cheat or false positives. Yet it has never happened for me or anyone of the many people I've played with online through the years in any game.
I used the friend thing as an example of how little I would believe a person ever did anything wrong, even if he was my friend. I hate cheaters. Always have an always will. If you play offline, cheat your heart out all you want. But if you play online, don't be a wanker and cheat. That's all I can say. If I knew of any of my friends who cheated in any game I play with them, I couldn't want to play with them anymore. But this is getting a bit off topic in fictive scenarious and stuff.
Bottom line is, I don't care how well you know your friend. If he was banned he cheated somehow. Bannable cheating can be many things and as I said, he might only have done it once ages ago. But I don't buy he was banned for using Yolomouse. If he was, it should be easy to prove with Warden logs, and I have yet to hear of anyone being banned/unbanned for false Yolo positives. Warden knows what it see in your memory and know the difference between Yolo and bots and stuff. -

This.
I'd welcome some legit console progression but nothing about this is legit, bugs and absolutely cheating is how they got 126 on console. There is a reason no one has gotten this high on PC...

Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionSeems to be a pretty small banwave, right? So probably/hopefully just the first of many to come. Still not easy to figure out who's been hit as the armory hasn't been updated yet (banned profiles still show up on the web, just in-game they're gone).
Let's hope they keep this up, but even more so let's hope that brings some people back into the game.

Bleu42 posted a message on New (Old) firebird "exploit" !!Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionI'm seriously getting pretty ****ing sick of this 'well we don't want to hurt someone's feelings so we won't fix a bug' approach.
If there's a bug, or an exploit, or a problem, FIX IT. Are you that worried about losing players that you're literally going to wait months to patch it? And furthermore, all those players that tried very hard LEGITIMATELY are going to be knocked off THEIR spots, so what about them? Blizzard, you just said that you'd rather 'preserve' the feelings of the ones taking advantage of this, over the ones that didn't. I don't personally believe in trying to preserve either, but ffs at least do the obvious one.
I... I don't know. I'm actually becoming more and more worried about Diablo as a whole. Kind of feels like we're one announcement away from having some D3 phone game. All my rage typing aside, this just makes me sad.

Cyberdoc posted a message on What are the benefits of Season 6.?Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionFor the stash, then back to NS.
One thing I do not understand is the seeming obsession with the cosmetic hoarding this season (haven't played NS so not sure what the momentum is over there).
Essentially, they do absolutely nothing however people seem to flock to them like they're the new found BiS item of all time. Sure, it's a new pet or transmog or whatever, add zip zero ziltch for making the game better. I have 4 pets now, why get more? Every single one you have does exactly the same thing (pick up gold). If one type gathers gold, another gathers globes, then of course get them all and use for your situation\needs of the moment. Couldn't care less about the wings or pennants, they are just in the way and distract (ie gold wings from pre order ROS). Portrait frame? Sure, show your level of completion in the season or if you bought OW, completed lvl 70 in old seasons or hit level 20 in HotS.
I think this sends a message to Blizz that crap content patches are awesome and no new real worthwhile additions are required if people will accept crap as the new best thing since sliced bread. I remember when Seasons was about getting new items ahead of NS, this was a great concept.....
Perhaps I am gravely mistaken however it's what I currently perceive.

Rogoth01 posted a message on THUD got hacked?!Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionThud reveals items in the world that cannot be seen without revealing the fog of war, in Grifts particularly showing the exact location of pylons, and what that pylon is, giving a general map layout so you can avoid all the major detours which in turn gives you a speed advantage over those of us that don't use this "addon" which is and will always be, cheating, there is no other word for it, if you don't think this is cheating then you need to get back to school because your teachers obviously failed to teach you the correct definition of the word, and the context it is used in.

Enslaved2184 posted a message on Spend my gold on?Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionYou can buy dyes until you spend all gold. Its also time consuming process if you decide to spend it on winter dyes.
If you find that not challenging enough, you can spend your gold on rare shield collection. I would say that Bastion's Keep has great vendors for this cause, but if you want to be mainstream, New Tristram is also ok.
If you dislike these methods, try empowering grift 90+ to upgrade lvl 0 gems. It is true fun to spend 600 000 000+ gold like this. And it takes only 5 grifts to get your legendary gem to lvl 20 this way, for more than 3 000 000 000 gold!
Fun is guaranteed.

AngaarSmiles posted a message on Time to pull the plug?Posted in: Diablo III General DiscussionThe game is not on life support. Diablo 3 will be around for many many many years with people still playing it. Saying that. I strongly feel Diablo 3 is losing many players with each new season. Season 1, had 60 out of 79 people on my F list playing every day. season 2 about the same. season 3 little less people. BUT season 6 turnout on my F list was and could believe it. only 4 people. 4 friggin people taking part in this new season out of now 89 people on my Flist. And them 4 people are geared to the max and bored as hell. Season 6 started Friday, April 29. It has not even been 1 month. To be fully geared in days and the only thing to do is grind out rifts just to get keys to do the same rifts over again. I don't know man. Boring doesn't even begin to explain the feeling. Anyway. Only brand new players will keep this game going for many years. As for long time players since the beginning. It's almost time to hang this game up and move on.

Hello guys!
part 1, Thorns Basics: https://youtu.be/QMP2fI6O7zw
part 2, Thorns Gear: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6x0U-QHNfoE
part 3, Thorns Skills: Diablo III: The BIG Thorns Guide Part 3 - Thorns Skills
I've been doing some in-depth calculations on some builds and realized that video like this one would be very useful for a lot of people. There's no basic Thorns guide on the whole internet! There's tonns of written information, very contradictory, and at most = outdated. Also a lot of Invoker and LON Bomb guides which just scratch the surface a little. But there's no BASIC THORNS guides explaining how thorns works, where does THORNS DAMAGE come from and how it scales with the gear, gems and skills. Most likely this will become the most comprehensive and complete Diablo 3 Thorns guide on youtube and the web itself. I think it will be much better and easier to watch a few videos instead of reading and digging reddit and different diablo forums for hours and hours, gathering small pieces of "not-so-correct" information.
Instead of doing one SUPER HUGE video, i will separate the "BIG" guide into several smaller ones. This one would be the biggest i guess
In this video i will explain where basic Thorns pool comes from and how you can multiply and increase your thorns damage.
Please let me know in comments if you liked the guide so far!

As for the last part - i absolutely support it. Let's take Drahque for example. How he got 600+ upvotes?? 100% fraud since he wasn't even streaming/playing the game and even Quin69 never got so many upvotes. And for the rest of the system it's exactly the same. Popular streamers promote their builds through a huge army of subscribers/multiaccounts?/whatever, and i can absolutely confirm that many of these builds are far from good/playable. While many unique and cool builds simply never get any respect, because the person who made the build is not popular enough. The karma thing is very biased.
