Well the fact is if you dont wanna give up Tals or Vyrs as i did there is not any better itemization for greatly used fire elemental damage. They use fire because you can have +fire damage from gloves and chest (Magefist, Cindercoat) which you can not have for other elemental types. So that makes you stuck with good old Ring, Amulet, Bracer, and may be weapon slots to have +elemental damage. In my case i cant get Andariels either because i dont wanna give up on Tal's 4 set bonus. So I can advice you to choose whatever build you most like to play. Open your skill tab and look for every skill's elemental type and make a decision what skills are fun for you. In my case it was arcane because i found a really good amulet and soj with arcane and i like playing with arcane builds.

Your gear is lacking so much elemental damage. You can check my gear for upgrades or where to go and build if you want to drop Born's and go for ~%40-50 cdr.
