May 13, 2007Morfias posted a message on Blizzard Posts Teaser Timeline!I was just wondering what this whole Tacocraft thing is? I've heard talks about it but I've never actually asked what it was. I know it probably has the same concept as Starcraft and Warcraft but I was just wondering what kind of setting it's supposed to be etc...Posted in: News

Aug 16, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?Plus i don't think they could continue the diablo storyline with an MMO. It would be too confusing and for those who don't have credit cards it screws em over. If they made it free like Guild Wars it would be a bit better but I still don't think it would be right to not have the fast paced clicking from a bird's eye view.Posted in: News

Aug 15, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?Blizzard will not back down to Vevindi. They know that the Diablo series has such a huge cult status that they know an MMORPG would kill it. It's not like WOW has really anything to do with the storyline of Warcraft. Blizzard might make a branch off thing called WOD but I think they will continue the original fast-paced clicking diablo.Posted in: News

Jun 29, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?Hmm well Blizzcon is better than all those con's because Blizzard brought Diablo and that's all that counts.Posted in: News

Jun 28, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?Yea it means the company actually cares about it's fans and i have a feeling it will stay the same if we just trust Blizzard.Posted in: News

Jun 28, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?Yes of course Diablo is more popular than Wc. It has a way bigger cult status and if you mention Diablo to any teen they will know what it is but if you mention Warcraft to anyone i doubt everyone will know it. I'm just saying Blizzard might think that we will buy just because it's Diablo and they will also have the WOW fanbase in on it too so they will make so much money they'll be making games for the next 50 years.Posted in: News

Jun 28, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?So I guess what your saying is that they're gonna try to bring over WOW fans into the Diablo world and make an even bigger profit. I think that Blizzard wouldn't do that because for the most part they have been true to their fans and they wouldn't try and kill their Diablo fanbase.Posted in: News

Jun 28, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?Yes but how many Diablo fans bought into WOW? I know i didn't because i couldn't stand being charged monthly. If they make Diablo a MMORPG i think the whole franchise might be ruined a bit or it will just be a mighty blow to the fans.Posted in: News

Jun 28, 2006Morfias posted a message on Settled...?Diablo should not be changed. They may be trying to bring the WOW fan base into the diablo games but i think that it will ruin diablo if they made it into an MMORG. Plus i like my diablo free:)Posted in: News

I for one think that keeping the same storyline maybe a little tweak here and there may be good with the next-gen graphics but I'm not sure if they should remake it. Fanboys usually get pissed off at remakes and if square screwed this up they could really put off a lot of people.
BTW I actually haven't heard anything official about a remake although it has been rumoured, this is just more of a what if question.

Maybe if the prices lowered on the ps3 I would look into it but right now as long as I can get FF XIII on the 360 I'm fine. I can live without some Onimusha and Tekken.
Edit: Also I would not buy systems for the graphics engine but for the games. If the game has beautiful graphics so what. Does it have good gameplay is the question. For example does a game like mario have awesome graphics? No it doesn't but it's one fo the most addictive games out there right now for the story and the gameplay. Even Conker's Bad Fur Day for N64 (if you havn't played it you should check it out) keeps me addicted and I'm still playing it even though after about two hours it hurts to look at.

Yea but if they couldn't get him to do the voice, my second choice would have to be Brad Dourrif because he can have a pretty fricking evil voice when he wants to (although it may not be deep enough).

And now time for a lil joke.
10 Husbands, Still a VirginA lawyer married a woman who had previously divorced ten husbands.
On their wedding night, she told her new husband, "Please be gentle, I'm still a virgin."
"What?" said the puzzled groom.
"How can that be if you've been married ten times?"
"Well, Husband #1 was a sales representative: he kept telling me how great it was going to be.
Husband #2 was in software services: he was never really sure how it was supposed to function, but he said he'd look into it and get back to me.
Husband #3 was from field services: he said everything checked out diagnostically but he just couldn't get the system up.
Husband #4 was in telemarketing: even though he knew he had the order, he didn't know when he would be able to deliver.
Husband #5 was an engineer: he understood the basic process but wanted three years to research, implement, and design a new state-of-the-art method.
Husband #6 was from finance and administration: he thought he knew how, but he wasn't sure whether it was his job or not.
Husband #7 was in marketing: although he had a nice product, he was never sure how to position it.
Husband #8 was a psychologist: all he ever did was talk about it.
Husband #9 was a gynecologist: all he did was look at it.
Husband #10 was a stamp collector: all he ever did was... God! I miss him! But now that I've married you, I'm really excited!"
"Good," said the new husband, "but, why?"
"You're a lawyer. This time I know I'm gonna get screwed!"
