AS a Arcane CDR wizzard with no luck with Vyr set I say - I'm screwed :). With all those changes I think it's time for swapping to fire build somehow. And why I stopped gambling for mirrorball :/. Now fire is THE wizzard spec.
im in the same situation as you are. Thinking to reroll another class tbh !! i've built my arcane wiz long time ago hoping to get 4pc of vyr's got 2 so far.
