    I run Core/HoA2/ToD/NHigh. I find a decent amount of goblins in each. I can do T6, but that typically requires me to clear the area. So I lower it to T4 and I can mostly ignore the mobs around the goblins. So I can run with more "speed". I have no concrete math, but having to clear T6 mobs to get less Goblins per hour seems less beneficial than running on a T you can ignore everything (for the most part).

    Regardless, blizzard made the game. They decided to make it DRM. Thus, they have partial accountability for the instability of their product. No matter who is assaulting it.

    Yes, but its not "impossible" to DDoS people because of security measures or impervious code. Which was my point. Half the people on this post/internet think you can easily disable script kiddies from DDoSing you, and its a simple "fix". Its not.

    Most of the time, you don't even recognize when a DDoS is happening because its squelched so fast we almost never see the repercussions of it. Its only when its on this scale do we really hear about it, and this isn't a typical DDoS attack.

    wow @ people thinking security level on server/network setup has anything to do with being shutdown or affected by a massive botnet DDoS attack. Its amazing to me that people think current day DDoS attacks are like DDoSing people on AOL in the late 90's.

    This might be the dumbest arguement ever. SC will level faster, simply because they can stack damage and maul down the content faster. its as simple as that, if you think HC characters will level faster... I want some of what your smoking.

    With Ak's champ up almost all the time FoH's wrath cost is reduced then if you add a cindercoat is allows you to spam and stack dmg even more.. not also mentioning it gives you a lot of mobility more so other builds. Your dmg comes from the stacking of firestarter and causes things to melt. FoH itself isn't your main source of dmg.
    Ah, I dont have enough pieces of the set / CDR to make it worthwhile. That makes more sense. Thanks bud

    I noticed this happens alot when you first cast it. You almost seem to need to activate it, release the mouse button, and click again or it just stands still charging in place.

    I still don't get the love of FoH. It costs a ton of wrath and the damage output doesn't seem nearly as good as Fire Hammers. Do people value it more because you can place it where you want as opposed to the limitations of Hammers?

    I like the furnace, but for me, at least, the maximus with its 15-20%Fire damage + the absurd damage of Fire Chains makes it a better weapon.

    Although, I don't have the gear to play T5/6 on my crusader, so perhaps the furnace overtakes the maximus when Mob Health is much higher?

    There is one big problem with clan trading. Even if you put a 30 day timer to be in a clan before you can trade, people will just make one giant guild with 10000 people, wait 30 days and trade items. The game is fine the way it is, personally I think they should boost the legendary drop rate a bit more (not as much as during the aniversary buff) and/or remove some of the fluff.

    The problem is, when you finally find an set item or legendary, its most often than not, semi-useless due to its rolls

    It was "fixed", i just replied in another thread about how it was going to get fixed soon, since it was scaling to hell. Aparently, its already been hotfixed, so thorns is pretty mediocre.

    Blessed Shield and the Lightning Hammer build are pretty much the best builds now.

    Thorns build is fun, but they have stated a couple weeks ago that Thorns for crusaders is scaling incorrectly in torment gameplay. It is basically getting a 2000% bonus instead of 200% during Iron Skin and its scaling with Torment, making it do crazy damage on T6.



    So this is going to get nerfed to the ground at some point, possibly soon. I wouldn't invest tons of money into this (unless you are ok with that) thinking it will stick around. Also note, the bracers with 1000% thorns per chance, is not working... at all. (dont know if he stated this, im not reading his post, it gave me a headache)

    I agree about chests, but not about MF being totally worthless. It doesn't do MUCH, but it's important to remember that across thousands of monster kills, even a little bit helps out and can create a noticeable difference. I only run with the 50% from Cain's (mostly because I want the 50% experience bonus that comes with it) and I have noticed an increase in my legendary drops, albeit not a large one.
    Pretty sure MF is nerfed so that your actual MF is decreased by 90% of what you have (read: wearing, it has no effect on the bonus from higher level gameplay). So if you have say 200% magic find, your only getting a multiplier of 1.2. Meaning that if legendaries are about 1 in 1000. That means they drop about .0001% Multiply that by the 20% bonus and you will get .00012% chance at a legendary.

    So while you are correct in saying its not "worthless", its equates to roughly an extra two legendaries per 1000 that you get. So if you noticed an increase in legendary drops its just RNG and/or speculation.

    as for chests, they stated long ago that they removed MF for chests. This was way back @ 60. They never said they added it back, so its fairly safe to assume that it doesn't work.
