posted a message on Good sc2 players need help!
I credit Day9 for helping me win 80% of my games. He is really easy to understand and makes you feel like you're not the only one that is having trouble getting their feet on the ground (which is correct, anyways).

    But I still suck :D

posted a message on How will set items work?
I think that if you find a set, it should all come at once. In the world, you will find a "recipe" or "remnants" for So-and-So's set. After bringing the recipe to your Blacksmith, he can repair and create the set for a price. The time it would take to complete the set would be far more substantial than making a normal item. A couple hours maybe. Depends on the level of the set. Once it's complete, you get each item in the set.

However, just because you turn the remnants in, doesn't mean you can make it over and over. You'd have to find it all over again to make it. Although this seems too easy, finding the remnants would not be. They'd be harder to find than in D2. These remnants would probably be a hot market item, and therefore, they'd have to be regulated so that sets wouldn't become too easy to obtain.

I've loved all of the WD related concept art. I think he is one of the most unique classes design-wise. Can't wait to see how he actually plays.

He'll be my first character choice, for sure!

call me crazy, but i think they're probably going to announce the beta date before Facebook hits 1,000,000.

Call me crazy, too, but I think you're right. If they want to release the game this year, after a six month beta, it's going to have to start pretty damn soon.

EDIT: I would imagine they'd give about a 2-month-or-so grace period if things go haywire.

Depending on how spaced out the Waypoints in Diablo III are (about 10 minutes is what I heard), then removing TP's will be no problem at all. It will be something that we'd all get used to pretty quick.

I'm not sure that Town Portals are completely out of Diablo III. I think you can use them, but there is a cooldown that really limits how much you can do so.

They will reveal a video. A walkthrough of how Diablo III's Battle.net will be like.

This is one of the funniest videos I have ever seen! I want to discuss Diablo III with him in person. I wonder how that would go.

4 is the max. Any more than that, and I think we'd have a hard time distinguishing whats going on in the battle. Even right now as it is, things are really messy.

Listening to it right now. I shall smoke cigarette as well. And I'm wearing my robe.

All I need to complete this night is one of those thingies that hold your cigarette out farther and make it look fancy.

I'd love to get back into D2 and get on a fresh ladder, but there's no point in doing so. At least for me anyways. I will continue to wait for the Diablo III beta.

posted a message on Diablo III BGM
I really actually disliked all of Act 5's tracks. It was too orchestrated and really didn't have the evil feeling to it. There were points in some of the tracks that sounded like something bad was happening, but it didn't really demonstrate "evil".

    Act 4 had great music.
Act 3's music was jungle-ish, but the best tracks were in the dungeons (spider cavern, sewers)
Act 2 was brilliant. Although it wasn't all that evil, it really set the mood.
Act 1 had the best tracks of the game - but maybe that's just nostalgia taking over.

How about for every 50K Likes, they reveal a new town, dungeon, monster, or system on the official website? All with some well needed flavor text as well.

P.S. - Tomb Viper pic is badass.
