It can drop but it's just really really really really rare.
I'm back to gambling weapons for a Wand of Woh. It's insane and I might never get it but meh... don't care. Spent 40k so far, not even a legendary wand IIRC, just very few useless weapons like Nutcracker and Nailbiter ;-)
ok cool. just wanted some assurance. I know its super rare but I have nothing else to gamble for. my prediction is 100k shards but hopefully I get the drop before I get that far.
Have I been wasting my time with her for soh? Ever since the patch and after I got my class pants ive been trying for soh. Can anyone confirm that we can gamble it? Im at 10k shards atm, not a lot but don't want to keep gambling for it if she doesn't drop it.
Get better gear and use dodge rune/skills. Dodge isn't bad and it isn't good. If you can't takeone hit from thunderstorm or other affixes then lower the difficulty because you aren't geared enough. We aren't gods so expect to take damage.
2 legs in 4 hours? You need hit mobs harder. Have you not hit a piñata before? Same concept in d3...also in the patch it says, (example: A Wizard is MOOOOOOOOOOOORElikely to find items with Intelligence or bonuses to Wizard skills than a Barbarian). Keyword for today kids is...butt sex.

Odyn Son: 2150 dps, 683 dex, 20% lightning and 40% proc
Shard of Hate: 2225 dps, 749 str, 2300 lph, 229% proc damage.
All weapons do have a socket. I'm leaning towards soh and tf because of the speed. Thoughts?
