    I've search for many days looking for one, but unfortunately the drop rate is very very very low.

    Your options for finding it yourself are farming Battlefields of Eternity in Act 5 including the Abandoned Siege Camp in the area.

    You canalso Try farming the rare vendors in Act 1.

    Fields of Misery - House of Curios rare event spawn.

    and

    Southern Highlands - Watch Tower Level 2.

    Both vendors have a chance to sell white Ascended Shields and their inventories change every 15 mins.
