So I was playing through act 5 again and after beating Adria the Nephalem just knows the image she conjured was pandemonium. But what I was wondering is how does your character know about pandemonium? Is it common knowledge or something?
I don't know if AoE is even the right term but after looking at the new fire rune for blizzard I was wondering about the mechanics of blizzard. Does everything in the area take the same damage and the blizzard animation is just for visual purposes or does each individual shard falling from the sky deal damage only to the enemies they hit?
So I have been searching for this information but all the stuff I find is related to old Diablo in regards to monster power and Nephalem valor. So my question is, do the Keywardens always spawn? and What is the drop rate for the keys. ( also on a side note if anyone knows the drop rate for the Staff of Herding plan).

The general rule is that items can have up to 6 affixes with a maximum of 4 primaries. Some legendaries can break that rule however like Magefist or the Tal Rasha chest piece.
Ok thanks for the advice. Is there any wikis or forums that list the max number of affixes a piece can roll? Like sometime I get a helm with 2 rolls on it and sometimes 4 etc. I was just wondering if that exists.
So theres my profile and basically I'm looking for some tips or changes I should make cuz Im stuck at T2 right now which I know is pretty bad since everyone else is facerolling T6 lol. So yeah any help is much appreciated, oh and I know I should change my fulminator I've just been really unlucky and havent found a better weapon.
black ice is definitely worth it. Specially with the templar giving you AP regen and having astral presence, you should be fine. There is almost always weak enemies around and this creates tons of patches of black ice that rip through enemy health. Plus black hole can pull them all towards the patches you you can basically bottleneck them through your black ice.
So right now I have a Toshiba satellite that is about 4 years old. In the past few months I have been suffering through it chugging along at times and playing games on their lowest settings. So my questions are:
1. Should I buy a new PC/Laptop or just update the ram, graphics cards and such.
2. If I should buy a new system should it be a laptop or a PC?
-I have considered both and since I'm in school I use my computer a lot but moving a PC tower twice a year isn't too big of an issue.
3. If any well informed and experienced buyers could help me choose or narrow down specifically what kind I should buy. Keeping in mind that I primarily use my computer for school and gaming, so ideally I would want something that would allow me to play the games I frequent (Skyrim, Diablo 3, LoL, and other popular titles on steam) on the highest or higher end of the spectrum graphics wise without a drop in performance or speed. Also my schoolwork heavily involves using programs such as Maya, Z,Brush, Photoshop, Mudbox and other 3D modeling software. So if possible I would ideally like to be able to easily run those programs at high performance that would also be able to handle all rendering of my final 3D projects efficiently.
I'm not the most knowledgeable about computer specs so help is much appreciated.
So I wanted to switch my female DH to a Male DH so I just kept my gear for my max level DH and made a new character and have been trying to do the crazed hermit runs but its not working. Tried 30 times and nothing. Do I have to beat Act 1 for this to work or did they hotfix this?
