It was actually Montana(my state) who began the Meth commercials. Supposedly the commercials were statistically effective. So now other states are starting to use them. I've been watching these for like the last 2 years because they're constantly on. Very dramatic stuff, but maybe it's a smart approach to Meth prevention.

Carloseus - I think when I first registered at the forum as w00tstick I had instant tension with you. You've actually grown on me quite a bit(post wise). I havn't posted in about a year, but I've observed the forum almost everyday. I think youd be plenty worthy.

I feel alot of the people here have an inaccurate view of the qualities a moderator should have. I see some of you choosing friends, HUSBANDS, and dedicated members. It shouldn't be handed to the person who's liked because they give off a warming vibe.

Moderation is about managing the flow of the forum. Structuring it to appeal more to the masses. It requires someone who's comfortable criticizing and taking action.

Why would Muttonchops not make a great moderator? I can't comprehend that. Although cynical, his arguements are always logical. Find one of his posts where he strays from logic, and posts something completely incoherent?

There are several threads open about potential moderators. I know Siaynoq is the next in line, as he should be. In my opinion, its the people who take a more ballsy approach to the forum. The people you know would NOT passively handle things.

I personally have tremendous respect for Equinox. As stated in the other thread, I would love to see her as a mod. I'm not trying to get brownie points, it's just something I've concluded.

Well since the thread is locked and I never got to throw in my 8 cents. I'd much prefer Equinox to be the secondary, but that's my opinion.

Is there a thread out there with the consensus of who should be appointed the next moderator? There's several people in this forum who are highly respected, I'd like to see them in a bigger role.

Chaos asking for a key and not giving any, is not hippocracy. If Chaos were to express his/her disappointment in not receiving a key, then I'd feel it was hippocracy.

I highly doubt you're going to be successful in your search for a cd key from someone here.

Are you really that oblivious that you some how missed all of the other dozen threads about WoW? You're entitled to your opinion, and I share a similar one. True AOE was an addicting part of DiabloII, and they didn't really implement it in WoW. 9 Million users probably disagree with you though.

I don't quite get why people see similarities between HL and DiabloII. The interface is dramatically different. Characters, storyline, skills, weapons, items, and the world have no resemblance. When I think of DiabloII rip-offs I think of:
Titan Quest
Fate
Mythos

They actually have related elements.

I've never been a fan of crude humor. Just to save everyone the trouble, it's scenes from the Matrix just with a farting noise whenever they're in an awkward position. As Carloseus said, extremely childish stuff.

I've never really liked the whole mech transformers things in game. It has just always seemed uncreative. I feel Nintendo games have a large universe to them. Like a Mario, Super Metroid, Zelda MMO/RPG would be a blast. The worlds already have so much to them.
