What i had in mind was new slow set as cold, either with focus rings, or with coldburns, rimeheart and rrog. But many people discourage me by saying new talk set is vastly superior and that gearing for this build is waste of time
So as i see it, everybody is just making super aggressive glass canon wizard builds for softcore, labeling it "hc viable", which is bullshit. So i ask, does anyone have any good tip for working and safe s3 hc wiz build?
So i was thinking about crusader builds and came up with an interesting idea of gyrfalcon foote + jekangborg + focus + restraint.
I know the free blessed shield builds has been dismissed as having too low dmg, but since that time many things has changed. The ability itself got buffed, we got some new toys like fervor and towering shield and we can even add socket into gyrfalcon. That alone should be eneugh to make the build viable again, but whats rly bugging me is whether or not would the 50% dmg increase from focus and restraint work all the time, or does it work only when you actualy use resource, not just resource spending skill. Since i dont have the gyrfalcon yet, i cant test it. Could somebody give me some input?

Second, you guys propably dont realize the main reason they do this - server traffic is just one thing, but they are preparing the game for the new ladder system. Once you start new ladder character, the last thing you wanna do is searching for days for mats for 1 item while you are supposed to be competing with others.
My point is - i have been farming that damned ring of grandeur for ages, never seen it drop while my friends already have several of them, so what im interested in is - will this patch buffs its drop rate on T1? If not, are fast normal difficulty bounties still superior for its farming?
Well, thats all nice, but it still doesnt answer the initial question "does the legendary buff apply to torment 1 as well?" Becouse clearly, they said "Torment 2-6", not "Torment, 2-6 has more"
Now have an increased chance to drop Legendary items on Torment II - VI
Call me stupid, but does this mean that Torment 1 is not having the torment-only legendary items drop chance and doesnt have act legendary items drop rates increased?? In that case, its really an outrage for HC players, which are mainly playing T1 for full loot table but increased safety
As title said, i filled all my inventory slots with lvl 70 legendaries and... nothing. No achievement pop up. Is it bugged? Did it work for anyone? Do i have to fill even equiped slots? (i miss some party, namely shoulders and boots)
Heya, i would like to ask some more experienced monks here if they could make pure group healer build for me, including some gear tips. I havent been playing monk in RoS yet and wanna try something new (and do the annoying healing achievement)
Oh, its nice that you cant die when encountering this bug. But the most interesting thing - when it happened to me, there wasnt any jailer about. And somebody said earlier here that it happened on a white mob. Anyway, i wouldnt risk it.
So i found the Slorak Madness wand with disintegrate dmg boost and i was wondering, does disintegrate dmg boost affix affect archon beam, which is called Disintegrate Wave? Anyone has experience with that?

Shield Bashis bugged, for so far unknown reasons, you might get stuck when using it. Not only that you cant move, but some of your skills will be unusable as well (from skills i was using when that happened, Condemn worked, while Bombardment not), as well as Town Portal! It also seams that some passives and runes cease to work as well when this happens (my Punish - Roar wasnt causing explosions upon blocking and im not sure if Renewal healed me, becouse my hp was dropping kinda fast and if i havent had healing templar at my side, i would die).
Stop using this skill at once, it might cost you your character if you play HC, or simply cause annoyance when playing SC.
edit: it doesnt occure so rarely as you might thing, a friend told me it happened to him yesterday, i just thought it may never happen to me, and here we go. Dont be so ignorant as I was.
