I've heard that Life per Spirit spent is less weighted on the character sheet and thus it will look like your healing is worse than it was before, but nothing has been nerfed and you will not notice any difference other than a lower number in a sheet that doesn't really matter.
This. On my barb my healing on my sheet went from 25k to 12k. He still heals the same though. My crusader went from 4k to 12k because his resource/life spent wasn't even being calculated in the first place.
I was using the sweet mempos that is now on my barb, but I figured he needed it more and I found the recipe for the new Helm of Command. I like the 11% extra blockfrom the helm because it triggers renewal and the proc on my shield. Even though my sheet dps went down by about 80k, my hammers still crit just as hard since all I lost was IAS and CC (though I'm still rocking 47% CC without Mempos). The only major loss I felt after taking off Mempos was my condemn crits went down from 16-20m to 12-15m.
My question is, should I keep the socket with the diamond in it for the sweet CDR, or should I keep rerolling for CC? Currently I have no other CDR, but 11% CDR does feel pretty good with those long cool downs.
