I topped out at gr40 (before ancient gear existed) but kind of lost interest (was ranked low 200s at the time) with a fairly standard jade build w/ furnace. Have fun
Kind of amazed at how defensive people are getting about the xp gear and/or totally misunderstanding OPs point. He's just saying he feels compelled to play support, which is good, so he can wear xp gear, and that even on support if there was no xp gear, he could do more damage / provide more support to the team...but he feels compelled to wear the xp gear because it provides such a large boost to xp.
There's absolutely no reason to use arcane on a WD. Keep in mind while weapon damage type can proc some things, the actual damage type is dependent on the rune of the skill used.
Personally I'd rather have 881 vit to 1.4 hatred / sec but I guess in the new resource hoarding meta you may not. Likewise on the Barb, 10% damage is much better than 10% elite damage as it is multiplicative to base damage whereas the 10% elite is additive to elite damage.
Your gear looks fine to me. I definitely was doing T6 with worse gear / lower plevel. My gears not that much better than yours and I steamroll t6.
A witching hour would help your dps, probably the single biggest upgrade you could make. If its going to be purely for jade doc, you can roll off asi if yours has good crit damage.
I might go for 6% crit over socket on helm too, assuming you rolled that socket. If its not re rolled, dump the armor. Eventually you'll want haunt on shoulders and mojo.
You probably should have kept whatever int you had on your mojo and rerolled mana regen to haunt, but you'll find another mojo. TOTD is fun but if you're having survival issues try using a serpent and dogs over horrify.
The jade play style takes a little bit of time to figure out how to use competently, I'm guessing that is more of an issue for you at the moment than gear. Other than that I think you're over prioritizing cdr, and underpriotitizing crit chance / damage. CDR is awesome for Jade, but its better to kill things in one harvest than to harvest 10%-20% faster.
I don't think your proposal adds much to the game, I just wish the elemental runes on various skills were more balanced to give us more viable build options.
Prior to 2.1, I had quit the game as it felt unproductive and simply "not fun". The last 200 hours I had played yielded nothing. I had not found one item to replace my existing items nor had I found any new items to allow me to experiment with builds. Note I had played a wiz for 800 hours plus around 250 hours with other classes .
After 2.1 was released, this all changed. Drop rates seemed to have been increased considerably. I had found my first ever Wand of Woh and was able to play every class feeling every session ( 1 to 3 hours ) felt rewarding. I had found set many set items pieces for each class and really enjoyed playing them. Around that time, Blizzard were also offering D3 Vanilla and D3 RoS at 50% discount online. Coincidence or not ?
However, in the past 3 three weeks, drop rates seems to have returned back to pre 2.1 levels. I now mainly play DH and have been looking for a build changing item, Having grinded efficiently for 3 weeks and having spent at least 25,000 blood shards on Kalada, I have not seen one TnT or witching hour or calamity or anything else regarded as super rare. Of the 20,000 I have spent on gloves, I have seen 3 frostburns, tens of mage fists, tens of maruaders gloves and countless shadow gloves but no TNT.
Oh, I did find a decent bombadier rucksack when grifting which I wasted hard earned 1 billion gold re-rolling for nothing.
D3 is no longer fun/ rewarding. Time for a break perhaps until the next marketing push.
T&T and Frostbourne have the same drop rate. you got your "super rare" (x3) you just didn't want it.
AS to RNG in general, I'd have liked to have gotten a Starmetal at some point. I've played a god awful number of hours on WD and never got one. In fact, I've nly ever seen 1 drop at the beginning 2.0 in a shared farm group, where 2/4 already had ti and i was the unlucky guy who was not gifted it. But, RNG is RNG, and I think ive got everything else Ive wanted except a calamity..although my 2 Furnaces could have rolled better.
That said I'm on hiatus until I'm bored with Heroes of the Storm and / or a new content patch.
I can certify that a yellow item can have level reduction. I do it all the time. I have gotten 28, so I assume 30 is possible if you want to try enough times. In fact, I usually go to the vendor and buy a good yellow, then go enchant it. So you don't even need to quest around till you find one.
Level reduction can happen on items under level 70, but they wont have up to 30, plus they will have less stats and damage being under item level 70.
Also, if you are leveling up, do not underestimate Leoric's crown with a high Ruby. Helps a lot!
Depends on the difficulty since it's additive with the scaling xp, not multiplicative. At low levels of difficulty the bonus is noticeable, not as much on t6.
You might want to roll a hellfire ring and ammy with your next 70 and stash em, they dont have level requirements and are ridiculously strong on brand new characters.

Personally I think you'd rather have 10% damage than 3 discipline, but that's a question you've got to answer for yourself.

Whats the max damage? More than 4k? If so, reroll the avg damage and keep the life per hit...

46% elite > 30% phys is big but so is +20% base damage.
I'd guess you're looking at around a 30% damage increase to elites, with a either a wash or minor drop in dps to trash mobs.

If you have over 50% crit chance and minimal cdr, it is probably worthwhile, assuming you use a build that has cooldown restrictions.
If you have low cc and already have relatively good cdr / minimal cooldown build, it's probably not worth it.
