I think it means that they are experimenting with puzzles that require a certain amount of people, but it's difficult considering party sizes can change on a whim on battle.net. Therefore these puzzles may or may not be included in the final version of the game.

Don't spend any point in golems, you won't have enough left anyway

    20 teeth (max up last)
    20 bone spear
    20 bone wall
    20 bone prison
    20 bone spirit

put points in the curses of your choice (Lower Resist doesn't lower magic so don't use it)

1 in bone armor is enough and will absorb +600 damage with synergies

also eventually bone spear will become stronger than bone spirit so if your going pvm max it later

For the gear I won't go too deep in the specifics but for the wand go to Act 2 in normal and reroll Drognan until you get a +3 bone spear bone wand (it can take a while if you're not lucky) and get it socketed by Larzuk then make a White with it (Dol + Io). It will give you a whooping + 7 to bone spear and it's terribly cheap.

My very first character was a bone necro when the game first came out. This wand you speak of would have made me so happy. I'm gonna start playing this game again soon. I don't remember the Larzuk socketing thing. What's that all about again? It's been a while.

im thinking there not going over 5 in this game to stay true to the diablo roots. also they kinda base the game on the 5 act play... so look that up if you wanna know more about that. but they could do it on modern plays and do 3 acts but they are just longer.... but then they could turn it into a 5 act play/game and have either 2 expansions or just 1. aain if they go by the 5 act play.

They have stated that the game will be similar in length to Diablo 2. That doesn't necessarily answer the "How many acts?" question but tells us it isn't about to be 15 acts or a super long game in general.

Mildly funny. What makes it funny to me is that this is the case with a million unskilled idiots who spend all day on the web thinking they have something to offer when they really don't. Whether it be web design, programing, animating, etc. Go to school and get some real experience then maybe people will take you seriously. That's how the world works.

When has this ever happened though? I've never seen anyone try and take credit like that. Maybe I missed something.

We tried to imagine the sort of person who takes world-class design, changes the contrast, and then calls themselves the artist.

posted a message on redesigning health globes
I don't mind the health globe idea, but instead of health globes why not just make them be health potions. Basically all I'm saying is change the graphic and name but have it do the exact same thing. It would be more consistent with the previous games that way.

    Quote from "Daaavid" »
I never liked playing diablo in single player mode, i just played in the times i got Real Down and coudnt connect to b.net.

Most of the issues of this thread are irrelevant for me, the ONLY REAL WORRY i have is about the anti cheat system of b.net2 (particularly the anti dupe system).

Dupes are the most annoying cheat that ever existed in b.net, totally ruins the economy of the game and its quite ridiculous to see so many people with expensive runewords like enigma, call to arms, LAST WISH etc.

I know its impossible to get rid of cheaters, but if blizzard doesnt commit themselves to avoid cheating after a few years of D3 launch (when the game stops to give a nice profit) i won't even think in buying D3.

Recently, after D3 announce and the ladder reset, i started playing D2 again but didnt took a month for me to quite playing for the same reason, DUPES. Whats the point of playing fair if u have to play for a whole month and sell ALL the gear you found in this period to get a rune that is probably duped?

I bet my D2 account that its the cheating that makes the most people dislike online playing.

I would like to type a little more but i dont speak english very well, i'm sorry if i was a little
    incomprehensible

They are much better at managing servers and people on the servers now. I think their experience with WoW will allow them to be much more pro active against cheating. I'm willing to bet that Bnet will have strict rules against cheating and will be enforced. They will most likely make it impossible to cheat/dupe, hopefully anyway.

I plan on playing through the game on single player first to experience it all at my own pace. I hope though, that I will be able to then transfer my single player toon to the battle.net servers. That would be cool.

Wow Jazz, you're just too awesome for video game shirts. lol
I used to have a Diablo II LOD shirt.. but I never wore it; just couldn't bring myself too.
I have no idea why. o.O

Probably because it looked more like an advertisement than a t-shirt. Video game t-shirts always look stupid. I'd only wear a D3 t-shirt if it was solid black with the three burning vertical slashes emblem centered on the front. I wouldn't want it to say Blizzard or Diablo or have a TM or R symbol anywhere.

What are you guys talking about, I'm talking about the inability the see rooms/games from the
    previous difficulty

I was calling out the second poster for not being on topic, and then I went on to say what I said about trading. You had said you wanted to see previous difficulty rooms in order to trade with them...

    800x600 gimme a break?!?!?!?!?!?! :)

I don't know what this had to do with the OP, but I agree with you or I do if you were expressing how 800x600 is weak sauce resolution. I will bet my soul that there will be a multitude of resolutions you can choose in D3, as most games these days have. It will be gnarly.

On topic, I agree with you about the trading. I don't think it will be an issue though because they are likely to include some all new trading interface which will hopefully be the bomb.
