if its not SC or WoW related theres practically a 100% chance(note i said PRACTICALLY) that it will be Diablo related.. blizz knows whats good for them theyre just lazy in doing it..

There will definitely be some sort of mage that uses elemental skills, but in a more reformed way as the sorceress.
That leaves one slot left for a ranged missile type.
Now.. I know what you're all thinking:
Barbarian - Well.. Barbarian Obviously..
Witch Doctor - Necromancer
Holy Warrior - Paladin
Mage - Sorceress
Ranged Missile - Amazon
I made all those connections after I got done typing all of those things so.. yeah.. it's pretty obvious we're going to get reformed skills and names but it will essentially be the same thing.

I see how it wouldn't necessarily require harder leveling but my final point is still valid. If you have the ability to respec, any one person could just save up on whatever is required for respeccing, get themselves two sets of gear for two different builds and be able to turn themselves into something else if the situation called for it. I'll use a diablo 2 example.. Say you have a hammerdin full geared and you decide to respec. Then you make yourself into a smiter because of all of the gear you have sitting in your stash for a smiter build. You go in and do your business and then change back into a hammerdin. That ability allows people too much power. The thing I like about Diablo builds is you have to plan for the futures. Save up your points and create your build and if you mess up tough titty.

I... HATE!! Those things..
I've been playing Diablo 1 with a friend of mine and I like the kill counter but I don't think anything should change depending on how many you kill.. I think it should count the amount you kill of every monster and carry over into other games so you can keep track of how many you've killed of each monster on each difficulty.
I want the return of many monsters from Diablo 1 as well as 2. I want those big badass rhino men you find down in the catacombs and caves. Also, if there isn't some for of fallen/carver/devilkin and such I will be extremely displeased.
Mostly, I want item representations or tributes to things in the original 2 games. I want to be able to get King Leoric's sword/crown, the butcher's cleaver, Lazarus' staff etc...

Plus that item is a piece of garbage compared to many other things you could just as easily get your hands on.

Unfortunately they'll probably do it the WoW way if they do it at all... Some classes can only wear specific armor types.
Edit: @Equinox - If you saw guides saying to throw in strength for armor requirements then the writer was a complete imbecile. If you saw high levels wearing heavy armor they were mostly likely retarded. The most popular armors for high levels were Dusk Shroud or Archon Plate. These were both light armors but Archon plate looks like a heavy armor when worn as it is a plate type armor but it is much thinner and lighter. They are popular because they don't need as much strength to use. You can ask Ferret he makes builds using no points in strength whatsoever.

I don't have to support the fantasies of the infantile rubes who troll this website day in and day out making it impossible for those of us with a sense of realism and intelligence to actually converse with others who hold the same interests as ourselves. I'm not a spoiled sport at all, actually, if you knew me you would find me to be quite a likable and playful person with one of the most twisted senses of humor you would ever see(As you can tell by my name) I'm just tired of seeing the direction this website has gone and how pointless and irrelevant these threads and polls are that all, for some reason, end up turning on to the same five subjects: Will you buy Diablo 3? Will you buy a new computer for Diablo 3? What are the 5 classes?! I must know now!! Why is their light?! Light don't exist in da diablo universe zomg hax! and ZOMFGCOPTER ARE THEY COPYING WoW!!??
@Masterdufus - Your attempt at sarcastic witt and humor towards me is useless.. Nice try though.. next time try not to have it come off so... dumb..
