1. Legionaires (Soldier)
The lowest ranked in the Guild is held by the Legionaires, they form the core of the Legions within the Guild and the armies of the Lord God Silversurfnstud. (This is were everybody starts out unless otherwise stated)
2. Decurion (Sargeant) The Decurion is in charge of a small group of Legionaires or Units. Decurions are given this rank by their Centurion or a higher ranking officer. (this is to account for the fact that you may not always be playing with the person who is in charge of the Century you are part of, but a sense of rank and order is still required, if the Centurion or Higher ranked Officer of the Legion is not present in the game the Sargeants will temporarily take command of the Legion)
3. Pilus Prior (Squad Leader) The Centurion much like a Decurion commands smalls groups within the Century but works as the right hand man of the Centurion, the leader of the Century.
4. Centurion (Platoon Commander) The Centurion or Platoon Commander is in command of 1-2 Legions but has a preferred Legion that they travel with most i.e play with the most. The Praefrectus Castrorum were once Centurions and through prowess in battle have been promoted, and are now capable of leading a single or two legions.
5. Praefectus Castrorum (Prefect) Similar to the Centurion, the Praefectus Castrorum or Prefect has command over 3-4 Legion otherwise known as a Battlion and like the Praefectus Castrorum will have a Legion of preference that they travel with i.e play with the most.
6. Tribunus Laticlavius (Battlion Officer) Similar to the Praefectus Castrorum, the Tribunus Laticlavius or Battlion Officer commands 5-6 Legions, otherwise known as a Large Battlion similarly to the Praefectus Castrorum, the Tribunus Laticlavius has a specific Legion he will travel i.e play the most with.
7. Legatus Legionis (Battlion Commander)
The Legatus Legionis or Battlion Commander commands 7-8 different Legions, otherwise known as an Army with there being a Legion of preference in the same way as the Tribunus Laticlavius .
8. Imperator (General)
Commands the entire Army of Silversurfnstudism, he commands all Legions in the Armies. He of course has a most prized Legion, that he ventures with i.e play with the most. Also there can be only one General.
9. Lord God
While the Imperator may command the Legions it is the Lord God who is the true ruler of Silversurfnstudism, the Lord God is in command of members of Silversurfnstudism as not everybody is a military personal.
They would start a new franchsse before ever thinking about making a sequel to a dead one.
A new franchise would have decent hype, just because it's blizzard, but Diablo as an already established marketing monster would be the smarter choice.
ANAHEIM, Calif. – April 1, 2006 – Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. today announced plans for the development of Worlds of Starcraft®, a new subscription-based massively multiplayer online role-playing game. Worlds of Starcraft will take players across the stars, from Aiur to Zz'gash where three unique races, each with their own different style of play, will fight for control of the galaxy.
No, he was not talking about technology, he was talking about them trying to pass diablo 3 off as a MMO. THat is not out of the possibility, but they would be clear from the start.
In a recent interview the VP of Blizzard told them one of their primary focuses/challenges in expanding their franchises is to expand the gameplay/storyline while keeping the familiarity with the earlier games. This is while when people talk about them making Diablo 3 with a completely different graphics style and/or completely different game mechanics, well... it's not going to happen.
A MMO might take place in the Diablo universe, but it won't be called diablo III.
It's mostly a D3 clan from what I have read with members still in D2. I have read that some members went hardcore ladder after the reset, but I don't think the group infrastructure is very organized right now. I'm proably going to start hardcore in a day or two.
I decided to reload Diablo, havn't played in about 2 years, though I was a hardcore gamer before that for 4-5 years. I might be on later, be cool to meet some of the guild and play around before D3 comes out.
How do you guys do your accounts, and most of you are on west right?
I'm open for hardcore, probably get a pub rush through soft, than start a hardcore if any of you guys play it. Don't know how active I'll be, nowhere near what I once was (you don't want to know.)
OMFG is diablo 3 coming out?! i played diablo 2 years ago when i was younger and would ask me dad if another one was coming out and he used to say dont think so. Now if diablo 3 IS coming out i'll sign up to the guild but is it really coming out?
Not if, when.
Let's just hope blizzard doesn't turn its back to the series and make the next Diablo a MMO...

Been posting for the last few days, but postponing introducing myself, but boredom has kicked in so here it goes.
I'm Justin, 20, and a junior at Missouri State University.
Started playing Diablo II pretty much when it came out, had some great times,, ad am hoping to be part of SICK for D3 to make some more.
When I'm not gaming I enjoy music. Play guitar and bass, and love supporting and contributing to the music scene in the midwest.
Don't have time for much else with school, and my gaming has taken a serious hit, but I still try and find time to hit my favorite.
Hope to see you all in D3!

I'll tell you guys my account when I make it.

You obviously don't know much about Blizzard. Staying true to their franchises has always been important.
