Sorry to hijack thread, but I have the same question in regards to a different weapon:
I am an arcane mage, and I have 2-3 items that add "arcane skills deal XX% more damage".
My current highest dps weapon has a property "+1200-1450 dmg as cold"
Should I change this property to inflict arcane damage instead of cold damage? If not, it also has a runspeed property that Im thinking of turning into a socket. Which should I do? Thx!
