i dont know about you guys but i feel a difference about these two game cinematics. when i first watched terror's end and destruction's end i simply said "OMG". however, watching the D3 trailer actually gave me chills. after the girl says "for i have seen what the darkness hides" and we see the hordes pouring out of hell and the music picks up i am in total awe. so while the cinematics in d2 are simply amazing, i personally feel that blizz should have no worries about topping d2 cinematics....cause in my mind they already have. and this was only a teaser trailer, imagine what the actual game cinematics will be like. my 2 cents.
i feel the same way. its not that i dont think the game looks awesome...i just want it to be perfect. i dont wanna buy the game and say that they could have done one or two minor things better...i wanna buy the game and say that there is nothing that could possibly make the game better. we all have waited too long for this game not to be perfect. if that means pushing the release back a little bit then so be it.
lets not forget that any "leak" that had specifics on classes, mmo v. hack n slash, bosses, storylines, etc. have all been proven false. So, lets not get into a huge thing here over what this site said.
However, there is no reason that a man as respected by the D3 fan community as Umaro would lie about something "big" comming in the next couple months.
I'm just gonna do what i usually do...wait and see if something pans out.
But don't get me wrong, there's a guy in the back of my head right now screaming "HELL YES, D3!!!!!!!!!!!"
But it seems like every year, once spring hits, rumors about a D3 announcement start flying like shit at a monkey exhibit.
anyone ever read the bible? does the story of cain and able ring a bell? lol. sry if i come off as a jackass...but the story goes that adam and eve had two sons named cain and able. cain offered sacrifice to God along with his brother. able offered a bigger sacrifice than cain and God seemed to favor him more than Cain (which he didnt). cain became jealous and murdered his brother. God punished cain by making him wander the earth and not let him die so he had to live with the shame.
so you see...cain isnt on diablo's side...hes just a petophile.
id have to say sequel...the ending of lod was very open, and u cant argue that it's not. tyreal was shitting his pants at the end because he didnt want to destroy the worldstone. id have to say that the reason behind the sin war books is to explain fully the reason behind the worldstone and set up the lore to make the next sequel to diablo make sense. honestly...i wouldnt like a prequel cause i already know the future lol.

i completely agree...the only game i can praise EA for is madden. most of their games are unfinished and unworthy of hype.
