I have a level 45 DH, I do not have RoS (YET, getting it in a week and a half). I just want to have a good time and have fun while farming instead of being bored out of my mind
So beat the game today and I don't know anyone who plays the game, let alone somebody around my level. So I am looking for 1-whatever amount of players around my level to go loot hunting and grinding. I am buying RoS not this Wednesday, but the one after and I want to prepare for it. However, mindlessly grinding without anyone to talk to is just..boring as hell. skype+mic is a huge plus.
Alternatively, I am open to starting a new game with people and only playing on that character with the other people (so one person doesn't get really far ahead). You can find me on steam by Onyx or Elentier (adding Elentier will add onyx) and/or adding me on skype by the name of onyx_from_youtube. battle.net IDs will be exchanged on either of those 2 programs
Okay re-read it and the weird wording of it, it seems they're already out. The part you quoted seems to indicate that the local servers are active which means you'll be playing on your Australia/New Zealand server. They communicate with American servers so it should be located under Americas. It's basically like if I were to be on the east coast and log in, it would put me on a closer server than one on the west coast. If you read further into it working with American servers this seems to be the case. You should be auto defaulted into a closer Australian server if you're nearer to there.

A: Local Diablo III game servers are available now, ahead of the release of upcoming expansion, Diablo III: Reaper of Souls, which will go on sale in Australia and New Zealand on March 25, 2014.
It says they are available now..but I don't see the option for instillation.. I still didn't get an answer on picking a server in game or not. Do you just install based on one of the 3 locations in the list and you can only play there unless you reinstall or what?
I read an article on here, or a topic, whatever, that said Australia/New Zealand got a server. So I bought the game and theres only 3 options on the battle.net launcher. Americas, Asia, Europe. Do I pick a server in game and will it be there? Or was it all a lie? I really need information on this
