Some people are lucky with gear, my season 2 monk had the gear to do t6 by p50... yet I should be locked out from doing it because you don't want 'scrubs" in your public game. The solution is obvious, and I'm sure has been stated multiple times in this thread I did not read. Join a clan, get some friends, and run t6 private games.
I found a krider on my wizard, rolled with dex was a pretty nice hand me down for my DH alt. That being said, it will happen... might take 400 hours of play, might take 1. If you sole purpose playing is to find one though, I suspect you will get burnt out. Play for fun and the legendaries will come!
